When you call for help at night it's the same run around and NO HELP. Then it takes from 3-7 days to get a tech to come check it out. The techs are so nice and fo their best to fix it but then it goes down again. Be smart and DO NOT USE BRIGHTSPEED AS YOUR INTERNET SERVICE for mine is down again in a little over 2 weeks. TMOBILE internet hete I come in the morning. Brightspeed can come get there modem since I hardly get to use their horrible internet service

I tried them for about six months and my internet speed was supposed to be about 200 and it averaged less than 50, plus it kept disconnecting. RUN, don't walk away from Brightspeed/CenturyLink.
