Established in 2004.
We began our timeshare coordination careers in southern California and relocated to Branson, Missouri in September 2004. We just celebrated our 21st year anniversary in business, and have ZERO Better Business Bureau complaints.
Meet the Business Owner: Kelly R.
Kelly began her whirlwind real estate escrow coordination career in 1997 after purchasing her first house, working for attorneys, real estate broker in-house escrow, and independent escrow companies before landing in the timeshare arena in 1999, and has been working exclusively with timeshare transfers ever since. She manages accounting, advertising, transaction coordination, and utilizing the best attorneys available in each state, to name a few roles. Kayaking, hiking on her own handmade trails, and enjoying raising her 82 year old mother and backyard creek are her favorite pastimes.
