We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. At the time I made my deposit, I was never provided with a written contract, cancellation policy, or any document stating that my deposit was non-refundable. I was also never asked to acknowledge or sign any terms and conditions. When my transportation needs changed, I contacted the company to reduce my reservation from two vehicles to one. My expectation was that I would receive a revised invoice reflecting the actual cost of one vehicle. Instead, I was presented with a revised balance that did not logically or financially align with removing an entire vehicle from the reservation. Despite requesting clarification, I never received a transparent breakdown showing the cost of one vehicle, how the revised total was calculated, or why I was still being charged an amount that appeared to reflect much of the original two-vehicle reservation. Only after I questioned the charges was I provided information regarding the company's cancellation policy. I was also informed that a contract or written confirmation would be sent if I decided to proceed, which raised additional concerns because my deposit had already been accepted without a signed agreement or disclosed terms. Unfortunately, I lost confidence in moving forward with the reservation and chose to cancel. My advice to future couples is simple: before paying any deposit, ask for the complete contract, cancellation policy, pricing breakdown, and written terms. Make sure you understand exactly how deposits, reservation changes, and cancellations are handled before committing your money. I was disappointed by the overall experience and believe much of this situation could have been avoided with greater transparency from the beginning.

in 2022 the owner of this company purchased the home that my child and i lived in…read more prior to this in 2020 i had full back surgery to remove to tumors from my spine leaving me disabled and to care for a young child alone. given my upbringing which was filled with abuse in all formats cooresponding with a man much bigger in stature and unknown to me a disconnect began. there were men on the property frequently without notice. and even after trying to ask for notice to mentally prepare for these events i was bombarded by the owner of this company and many of his workers. in addition to this many repairs fell to the wayside for long periods of time. leaving our experience as tenants stressful and uncomfortable. one day we were met with huge moving pods and notices that we were to move out our belongings into this pods and they would move them to our next home. we were not given any sort of courtesy prior to make us believe this was true. the owner offered to pay us an amount that totaled exorbanantly less than what the market rate for an apartment in this area would cost. because i was not learned on the time about evictions and these types of perceedings and not wanting to cause any more upset for my young daughter, i moved. the house then sat empty and vacant for many years only being put on the market last summer. and im sure its finally sold. now knowing the laws i would have won because this would be consider a no fault eviction which legally is not allowed. they evicted us under the guise of themselves and their elderly mother moving in. but they never did they sold it for an insane profit and in the process removed one of the liberty trees that had been in pleasanton for many decades! i will no longer be silent and will advocate for myself as this was beyond nefarious and ultimately left my daughter and i to be uprooted from the only place my daughter had known and the place i have called home since 8th grade! if for any other reason my review is left to show the ethical standing of the owners of this company. there are many other limo services with upstanding good people as workers and owners
