Their driving may have been professional, but their customer service is no where near professional. I called Professional Driver to get a quick quote for a limo service. The rep picked up the phone and sounded impatient. After I told him the date that I needed and the number of people that will need to be transported, he quickly sells me that a trip was cancelled and a limo was available that day. I then told him how many hours I needed and he quickly interrupted me and told me that they don't do short duration. He stated that they only book clients who need more than 5 hours and that I need to go else where and they cannot help me. It would have been an acceptable answer, except, he was extremely condescending and sounded like I don't deserve his business. 30 minutes later, I get a call back from the same place and he asked me if I still need to book the trip so I thought they had a change of mind and wanted my business again. He told me to hold and put Sunny (Manager?) on the line for a conference call and said that I was looking for a party bus and need help booking it. I corrected him and told them what I needed and he quickly rejected me again for the same reasons and completely ignored me while him and Sunny was having a conversation. From my little encounter with them, it seems like the only thing they're after is profit and customer service is NOT a priority. If you want a quick shuttle from point A to point B, this may be the place to go. But if you're looking for a good experience, you may need to seek elsewhere.

A Comedy of Errors, but We Weren't Laughing…read more If you're looking for an adrenaline rush or would like to simulate a heart attack before your flight, forget skydiving or base jumping--just book a ride with Sunrise Shuttle. That'll get your heart racing. We planned a trip to Hawaii 9 months ago and booked Sunrise Shuttle four months out. A shuttle is expensive but we wanted vacation to start right when we left the house. Two families and three car seats. Car seats, you know, those crucial safety devices required by law? We were glad to pay for someone to take away the stress of getting to the airport. To summarize so far: we booked and paid for three cars seats. We called four days ahead specifically to confirm that we needed three car seats. Apparently, Sunrise Shuttle operates under a different legal system, where car seats are optional and customers are expected to improvise. When the driver showed up I asked to check that the car seats were installed correctly. He looked perplexed. I saw an empty van (no carseats) and asked where they were. He first insisted we never ordered them. Then he checked his phone and I saw his shoulders slump. He admitted he forgot. His brilliant solution? He could go get them and be back in an hour? No, that won't work because we would miss our flight. So then he suggests we should just use our own car seats. Sure, buddy, great idea. And how would we get them back? He promised Sunrise Shuttle would hand-deliver our car seats a week later when we get home. Hard pass. Faced with either missing our flight or trusting this operation with our children's safety, we had to scramble. We loaded up and drove ourselves. So instead of a smooth and relaxing trip to the airport, we started our vacation with a stress test. Oh, and this wasn't our first run-in with Sunrise Shuttle's commitment to chaos. A year and a half ago, they actually did bring car seats--but the driver didn't know how to install them. Oh, they need to be attached to the vehicle? Who knew? That should have been our warning sign, but we foolishly gave them another chance. Never again. Save yourself the hassle and go with literally any other company. Or just walk--it'll be more reliable.
