Found a review on Citysearch or somewhere else, looked them up and their web site looked decent. They apparently cover the whole Bay Area - don't let "Brentwood" deter you (as it almost did for me). Gave them a try, and they were reasonable, flexible on how to pay them, and the two drivers (Michael and Dia) we got were professional, timely and efficient. We'd recommend them as we will use them again.

Also the car was not authorized to work out of SFO. I guess there is a lot of paperwork and permits required and the particular car that was coming to get us was not permitted. We weren't as upset about that as that the driver did not have a valid driver's license. The company told us to take a cab and they would reimburse us and now refuse to do so. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS UNLESS THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!

Prior to our finalized day for the pickup we messaged Sony Bahal to come little early which he graciously agreed. Car was very well maintained nice & clean which we prefer always (no odors of any sort). Had water bottles which Sony offered us both the times. Our entire journey was very relaxed no sudden brakes , no speeding very seasoned driving choose our route very smartly so we reached the airport before time. Coming back from our trip when we landed San Jose airport my husband was in constant contact with Sony so we didn't had to wait more than 5 mins which is very reasonable. Again very relaxed driving throughout the journey. It was so nice of Sony to pickup our luggage with extra care (both the times) we had a wonderful experience we will definitely use A&V for our future travel needs. On the actual day, he reached before time and then waited patiently until we were ready to ride. On the way , my wife noted that he was driving very safely and never speeding. The man asked for my address and told me he knew where that was. The next morning no one was at my house at 7, 7:10. . . I called to ask where they were and the man said he called me a couple of times. I didn't have any record of that on my phone and I had been holding my phone the whole time waiting. He said he was at the Safeway and to tell him how to get to my house. Finally he showed up at 7:30. He showed up in an unmarked car that had no meter in it. He had already quoted me $30 for a ride from Hillcrest to Bay Point BART. He had no credit card machine either. We got to BART and I asked if the fare was discounted because he was late and I had missed the BART train. He said no. I asked if he took a credit card. He said no, he didn't have a machine. I told him I wasn't tipping him because he didn't arrive on time and he created stress for me catching my flight. He was very unapologetic and rude.

I also used her service to get me to the Oakland airport for a 7:40 a.m flight. She picked me up at 3:45 a.m. to make sure I got there on time. Her service helps me to be independent and able to travel when I want to because all my family works and can't take me to the airport. Because I can use her service, I was able to book a non stop 5:50 am flight to Chicago. Give her a call next time you need to go somewhere and don't want to drive yourself.

The van was extremely clean and Kecia even had refreshments in a cooler for us. Kecia told the wife and I if anyone needed to use the restroom just let her know and she'd pull off the freeway and drive us right to a restroom. Once in St. Helena Kecia found our hotel and dropped us in front of our room and brought our bags inside. Night of wedding, Kecia drove us to the venue and dropped us off and told us to have a good time and text her whenever we were ready to leave and she'd be right there. We texted Kecia when we were ready and within 5 minutes she was pulling in. Our return trip was enjoyable, Kecia took us to a nice place to have breakfast. We've since used OG CHARTERS for another Niece's wedding and that trip was as nice as the 1st. We also took a trip to the apple orchard, the route Kecia took was like a sight seeing tour. Quick to return calls and answer questions. Even though reservations were made at the very last minute, it was still possible to book an early pick-up. In the morning, I woke to find a confirmation email. Sylvia even checked to make sure that I had all of my flight info (gate number, flight number, departure time) correct!
