I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. We would try to start having fun but the window kept opening to ask where to go next. Then he argued to us that he couldn't pick up one of our friends. If you are making multiple stops, do not go with this company. They charged us $20 to pick up our friend 3 minutes off the freeway. The worst part is that the driver agreed in advance to pick up the person and tried to rip us off in the process. Then the driver drove like a maniac to get us to our destination as fast as possible. Why would a limo driver do this? Is it to get us to spill so they can charge us for damages? Is it to get there fast so the driver can do other things with his time? Isn't the purpose of a limo to enjoy the car ride to your destination? We were holding on for dear life and were overly cautious about spilling our drinks because of his driving, the whole trip was ruined. Then, when we got to the destination, the driver didn't even drop us off in front of the hotel. He was at an intersection with cars flying by us. I don't really know where his logic was, it could be that he didn't truly know where the hotel was, but the least he can do is pull to the side of the road. He was at least gracious enough hold on to some of our coats because we didn't want to bring them into coat check. But...then he didn't pick us up. We waited in the cold, without our coats, and ended up paying a $100 to get a taxi so we could go home. We had spent more money, were stranded in the cold, and our night had been ruined. Public transportation tourits bask in delight. I like the little diesel trains. They have similar in New Jersey and Europe. They are efficient and very quiet for a diesel. One might wonder how this happened. Cost - this was I think one half the cost of extending the normal electric bart trains. There have been explosions and fires on the electric tracks lately. Sounds of like bombs going off. Diesel is very safe. It doesn't explode - like gasoline. I'd like to see the diesel bart or eBart circle the whole bay. Might be the best way to do it.
