Car was very well maintained nice & clean which we prefer always (no odors of any sort). Had water bottles which Sony offered us both the times. Our entire journey was very relaxed no sudden brakes , no speeding very seasoned driving choose our route very smartly so we reached the airport before time. Coming back from our trip when we landed San Jose airport my husband was in constant contact with Sony so we didn't had to wait more than 5 mins which is very reasonable. We removed our bags and sorted out other transportation. I called the office later and receptionist was willing to run card manually through phone. But driver had already left by then. He lost $450 that day because of a faulty card reader.
