Her prices are really reasonable compared to a limo or town car. Now I have her picking up my relatives at the airport for the holiday's. It will save me so much time and stress. My relatives all love the idea of being spoiled with a "driver" as well. It makes them feel important. The last time Tammy drove me I had her take me to my Laser Eye Surgery in San Jose. It was a hard procedure for me and I really had a hard time. Tammy was so great. She helped me every step of the way and even offered to go into the surgery with me to hold my hand. She made sure I made it all the way to my hotel room and even offered to stay with me because I was having such a hard time. In retrospect I should have had her stay because it was a hard night! The next morning, after my follow up eye appointment, she promptly picked me up and took me home. Tammy really made a hard time much easier for me. Thanks so much! She is my driver from now on for sure!!! A+++++++

Excellent customer service !!!…read more We had an early flight to catch from San Jose so we were looking around for pickup really early from Brentwood didn't wanted to get caught up in traffic since it was a week day after checking several businesses we finalized on A & V for pickup & drop off & the price was reasonable ( which was economical for Brentwood ) so glad we took the right decision our entire trip was a great experience. Prior to our finalized day for the pickup we messaged Sony Bahal to come little early which he graciously agreed. Car was very well maintained nice & clean which we prefer always (no odors of any sort). Had water bottles which Sony offered us both the times. Our entire journey was very relaxed no sudden brakes , no speeding very seasoned driving choose our route very smartly so we reached the airport before time. Coming back from our trip when we landed San Jose airport my husband was in constant contact with Sony so we didn't had to wait more than 5 mins which is very reasonable. Again very relaxed driving throughout the journey. It was so nice of Sony to pickup our luggage with extra care (both the times) we had a wonderful experience we will definitely use A&V for our future travel needs. Our entire journey to & fro the airport Sony was very polite & kept us engaged in conversation ( giving our personal space too) we didn't realize when we reached airport & back home. Overall we are very happy we tried A & V Transportation Service hope you get a chance to try them & have a wonderful experience as we had.

On the actual day, he reached before time and then waited patiently until we were ready to ride. On the way , my wife noted that he was driving very safely and never speeding. A great conversationalist , he kept us engaged till we reached safely and well in time. We were so impressed that we decided him to engage his services for our return a few days later! We highly recommend Sony Bahal for any rides to and from any airports to your place or for any of your limousine needs.

I reviewed OnTime Transportation back in 2022 when I was a first time customer. At that time, the…read moreservice was so good that I gave them five stars. So I'm back to re-review! I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. Knowing that this is a locally owned business just adds to its excellence. Thanks, Roger!

They should be named Flat Tire Transportation…read more Signed these guys up for transportation from Brentwood to SFO. Leaving in June, getting back in July. I've used them before with no problem. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. But instead, I get a call from Roger and SURPRISE, their vehicle had a FLAT TIRE and they cannot pick us up and we are on our own to find a ride home at midnight. Thanks!! Just wondering, what are the odds that BOTH TIMES they got a FLAT TIRE?? Pffttt!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Awesome, awesome experience!…read more My husband and I went back up to Sonoma for a long weekend and wanted to do another wine tour. Soman was amazzzzzzing. I had initially booked an SUV and there was an issue, so we ended up with (a brand new, fully load, very comfy) sedan instead. Soman also gave us an extra hour for the "inconvenience." Really....not an issue. So--not only was he early and brought us wine--he had AWESOME suggestions on where to go! We checked out more southern Sonoma Valley and he knew exactly where to take us, based on what we liked. I also want to note: I wasn't feeling great due to too much wine at JCB the night before....but he took it in stride. He found me meds and hydration. Literally went above and beyond. We will 100% not hesitate to use Diamond Express again!
