Words cannot express how much gratitude I have for Brian! He pulled through in the clutch! I waited 1 DAY before the wedding, and he was ready to rock and roll. Even before I describe the service, Brian himself is a genuinely nice guy. He is easy to talk to, very humble, and appropriate for all types of occasions. In this case our wedding. Brian, you guys rock! I never thought people like you still exist! I decided to book a limo so we can ride to Fleur De Lys in style for my wife's birthday and. After researching companies from limos.com and reading reviews from here, I opted to go with Elegant Escapes. I left a message for Brian after hours within a few hours, he returned my call. I told him what I wanted to do as well as how long I wanted the limo for and he gave me a total price (gratuity and tax included) that was pretty comparable to others. Brian offered to put a bottle of champagne but instead I opted for some roses (at no additional cost). This guy is so trustworthy that he didn't even require a deposit or advance payment info. Days before the event, he called and confirmed. On Saturday, Joe showed up about 15 minutes early and when he did he didn't ask for any advance payment and patiently waited while we got ready. To sum it up, Joe's a professional who doesn't have "no" in his vocabulary! Very accommodating and a safe driver. The limo was just as Brian described. Where some people would spray air freshener to mask the smell, this limo was very clean, no cigarette smell. The limo was in top top shape and everything in working condition. My two kids loved the ride and were screaming and playing in the back (and not once did Joe said anything nor told us to quiet down). My only bittersweet was we had a three hour dinner and Joe had to wait around for us! The return home was quite adventurous for the kids as they were singing loudly in the cabin. When we got home, Joe opened up the sun roof and let the kids stick their head out to pose for some pictures. I had no idea what questions to ask when making a reservation and when I called and spoke to the owner, Brian, he took the time to explain what I should be looking for in a limo company. He taught me about why it is important to check-up on companies offering super-cheap quotes because, in most cases, they do not offer insurance to passengers in an accident, or even do not have to pass background checks. I was not able to afford the standard rate for what I was looking for (8 hours on a custom itinerary for 4). I asked Brian for recommendations for other companies, and he told me that I would not be able to find anything decent in my price range. He told me, "I really want to help you out and give you the experience of riding in a gorgeous limo since you have never been in one". He followed by saying that he would take reservation, without any deposit and without a credit card hold. Brian offered to take me in his newest addition to the fleet, an impeccable, brand-new, fully-loaded white Lincoln 6-passenger limo. He called me a week before the reservation to make sure we were still on. He arrived on-time, and was a wonderful driver. The limo was stocked with booze, champagne, soda, and water. He had XM radio, as well as an outlet to hook my iPod up to. He gracefully drove us to all of our destinations with the best service imaginable. My guests could not stop smiling, even calling their friends to brag during the trip (I knew I made a good choice)! Brian takes professionalism to a whole other level. Without a doubt, he could have made more money on the reservation from another customer. But, the fact that he was willing to work with me, for the sake of offering me the "experience" of having a ride in his newest vehicle...speaks VOLUMES to his character. I have to say speaking with Brian was great. I love that there was no security deposit and or contract. He makes it easy and stressfree. His prices are great too! My review is on the driver and our limo experience. Our driver was on time which was great, but she was not very friendly. She never smiled or showed any excitment. We were going out for a Birthday party to the Wineries which I told her. When we stopped at all our stops she would nicley open the door but again not very friendly. She did call ahead to some of our wineries to tell them of our 8 person party, which was nice. I guess I wish she was more friendly cause it dampered the mood for a moment. I went to another company first; made all the arrangements and then an hour later then called and side they were booked and could not help me. I told them that I had guests flying in and they need to figure it out. They said they had an alternative company and they would honor the same price and told me Elegant Escape Limo service would call me. Well at first I was a bit weary of this "bait a switch". Best thing that ever happened! Over the years I have done dozens of these trips with friends and family and this was the best. The driver was amazing, kind, funny and great client service skills. They thought of everything, juice, champagne, liquor, umbrellas, (since it was raining cats and dogs). The car was well maintained and looked brand new! Ever time we left the car we came back to the car cleaned, fresh glasses and napkins, it really was top notch. There was a group of 8 (with my grandmother) and we all had a blast. Brian is 1st class all the way. I highly recommend elegant escapes. The limo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We used elegant escapes for our wedding day and we were a 100% satisfied. I forgot the ring in my car, he turned it around and got me to the church on time. He even hung out with the flower girl and the ring bearer while we took pictures before the wedding. We used Elegant Escapes for our Daughter's Birthday party and they were fantastic. Professional, Friendly and created a fun atmosphere for our daughter's party. We booked last minute because our original limo service flaked. Brian was great with the kids. Only reason for four rather than five stars was that we felt a little pressured to get our event over within the five hour booking time & the driver got a bit aggressive in his driving style as he dropped off the kids at their homes. Very courteous over the phone and made it extremely easy to book 2. Our driver Justin was sooooooooooooooo nice! 3. We used Elegant Escapes for a "this is your life" kind of ride for my Mom's 80th birthday in February of 2014. Brian could not have been better or done anything more. He was very responsive to my calls and questions. Ahead of time I gave him a list of places we wanted to stop by. I didn't know how long the trip would take, but he was so accommodating to our time schedule. His price was reasonable, he didn't require a deposit, and he stocked the limo with soda and sparkling nonalcoholic juice to accommodate our preferences. Beyond all the wonderful service overall, he was so attentive to the needs of my elderly mother. He provided a limo that had a second side door for her ease in getting in and out. And at each stop he would come and assist her getting out and back into the limo. Having never taken a limo ride, I was so impressed, as were everyone in our group (even those who have ridden in limos). My friend booked Brian and his limo for her wedding back in 2014. He did an incredible job working with her and even offered split reservations. When I was looking for limos for my wedding I was shocked by how we'd have to pay for two separate 4 hour minimum bookings to use the limo for a few rides in the morning and a ride at night. I asked my friend who she used and referred me to Brian. I contacted him about a year before our wedding and he let me know how much he would charge for what we needed and told me to call back in Jan as it was too far in advanced. When I called back in Jan I spoke to Jason who explained to me that Brian has since retired and sold the business to him. I booked our wedding limo with Jason (same price as what Brian said) and everything seemed fine. He didn't want a deposit which I was surprised by but he reassured me that he will confirm everything with me a week before the wedding and will accept payment at the end of the night. I received an email from Jason TEN days before our wedding saying, "Due to unforseen circumstances we will be unable to meet our obligation to provide you with Limousine service for your wedding..." I of course panicked and emailed all of my friends/family/vendors asking for them to help me find a different limo ASAP. Within 48 hours we put a deposit down with another company at a very reasonable price compared to Elegant Escapes. I heard from my vendors and some of the limo company's that others experienced the same situation but even closer to their wedding date... it's really a shame. My daughter got married a week ago, and we used Elegant Escapes to drive the wedding party to the venue and then to give rides back to the hotel to any guests who had enjoyed the open bar at the wedding. I believe it was Denise who picked my daughter and her bridesmaids up at the hotel in a smaller limo and then went back to pick up my new son-in-law and his guys. She was on time and very professional. Brian returned to the venue later in the evening in the 14 passenger SUV limo to transport guests and the bride and groom back to the hotel.
