I reviewed OnTime Transportation back in 2022 when I was a first time customer. At that time, the…read moreservice was so good that I gave them five stars. So I'm back to re-review! I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. Knowing that this is a locally owned business just adds to its excellence. Thanks, Roger!

They should be named Flat Tire Transportation…read more Signed these guys up for transportation from Brentwood to SFO. Leaving in June, getting back in July. I've used them before with no problem. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. But instead, I get a call from Roger and SURPRISE, their vehicle had a FLAT TIRE and they cannot pick us up and we are on our own to find a ride home at midnight. Thanks!! Just wondering, what are the odds that BOTH TIMES they got a FLAT TIRE?? Pffttt!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Meryl and the staff at Dash are amazing! I have been working with them for just about a year now…read moreand I am still satisfied each time. I use Dash for my boss' travel all over the world and also for visiting guests to our offices (Board of Directors, Sales Team, VIPs etc...). I am the type that needs to know where my guys are at all times. Last minute changes are never an issue and calls and texts fly all times of the day and night to keep me up to the minute! Their prices are great and VERY competitive and the gratuity is usually included in the quoted price! Sweet! Uber, Lyft, taxis?? I just can't bring myself to even suggest them ever. Do you see how people drive on a regular basis - yeah, not getting in a car with some stranger who's driving habits are possibly wreckless! Have you seen the scams some of them are pulling - why risk it?! I always call Dash FIRST! Trustworthy, vetted drivers and always polite. Cars are clean and top notch! My boss has commented about how the drivers are well dressed and courteous. (We had another company we used that sent a driver to pick him up. Boss described the car and driver as "dirty and rude" - we never called them for another ride!) Customer Service is important!!!! Meryl and crew have that down! Super sweet! Punctuality is vital and they are always right there to whisk the passengers to their destination. It's like if you looked up reliable in Websters there would be that sassy pic of Meryl with a definition of "trusted; dependable in achievement, accuracy, honesty". I would give 10 stars if they'd let me. Do yourself a favor and give 'em a try - you'll be a return customer in no time! If you are someone who deals with ground logistics for travel on a regular basis you would be doing yourself a service by employing Dash - They're like Vidal Sassoon - they make you look GOOD!!!

Excellent customer service !!!…read more We had an early flight to catch from San Jose so we were looking around for pickup really early from Brentwood didn't wanted to get caught up in traffic since it was a week day after checking several businesses we finalized on A & V for pickup & drop off & the price was reasonable ( which was economical for Brentwood ) so glad we took the right decision our entire trip was a great experience. Prior to our finalized day for the pickup we messaged Sony Bahal to come little early which he graciously agreed. Car was very well maintained nice & clean which we prefer always (no odors of any sort). Had water bottles which Sony offered us both the times. Our entire journey was very relaxed no sudden brakes , no speeding very seasoned driving choose our route very smartly so we reached the airport before time. Coming back from our trip when we landed San Jose airport my husband was in constant contact with Sony so we didn't had to wait more than 5 mins which is very reasonable. Again very relaxed driving throughout the journey. It was so nice of Sony to pickup our luggage with extra care (both the times) we had a wonderful experience we will definitely use A&V for our future travel needs. Our entire journey to & fro the airport Sony was very polite & kept us engaged in conversation ( giving our personal space too) we didn't realize when we reached airport & back home. Overall we are very happy we tried A & V Transportation Service hope you get a chance to try them & have a wonderful experience as we had.
