My wife and I toured this Frank Lloyd Wright designed property yesterday, on a beautiful Fall day…read more The property manager, Nadine Smith, met us at the front gate and began our introduction to the grounds with interesting facts into the gate design, carport (Wright coined the term), and cinderblock/Usonian home construction. From beginning to end, we enjoyed the many stories that Nadine shared with us. Outside, the Henry Matsutani designed grounds were covered with colorful fallen leaves, but the beauty and flare of this Japanese themed garden was still unmistakable. The tour came to a close after about an hour; we were then invited to spend some time thinking about what we had just seen, over a bottle of chilled champagne. Both my wife and I were amazed to realize that this FLW home was just a few miles from our own home! Many thanks to the property owner and our gracious tour guide, Nadine, for sharing this beautiful place with the public.

His vehicle was roomy and comfortable and we got to play our own tunes as we cruised between stops!! His knowledge of the area, its history and the wineries we visited added another great dimension to the experience. And the lunch that he prepared for our group of eight was phenomenal. All home prepared by his family and friends! If you come across Chris, don't hesitate for a second to book him!!

The limo was clean and well stocked and while it was a cozy fit we did seat 14 adults in the vehicle. (Luckily we like each other). Our driver Charles was personable, helpful and drove responsibly. All in all ours was a wonderful experience from start to finish (my first ever with a limo company). I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.

After horrible experiences in the past (See 'Quality Assurance Travel' in San Jose) I was on a…read moremission to find a decent company to do business with. After some research, I came across this local Concord company. Word of advice: don't always look to the major cities like San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland... they can't offer you the personal level of service that local businesses can. I spoke with Vicki, the co-owner, to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised at the competitive rate. Our group of 30 youth group kids and teachers chartered a 47-passenger bus for a winter retreat in South Lake Tahoe. Subsequent correspondence was with Charles, who was also very helpful and accommodating. Our driver, Geno, was very knowledgeable, good with our kids, and willing to work with us every step of the way. I think the thing I liked best about AST was their "no B.S." approach to business. Because we were travelling to Tahoe and weather conditions/traffic are always relatively unknown, I was worried about overages in cost. I was assured there wouldn't be any hidden fees or charges, and they kept their word. What I paid up front was what it cost. Kudos. Like their website states, they only employ qualified drivers with tons of experience. Everyone I dealt with at AST was a shining example of this policy, not just the drivers. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received, and I'm confident we have found a company we can do business with for years to come!

We wanted a day trip to Napa and felt clueless at which winery we should visit. That's where Wine Introductions came in. Trevor listened carefully 1) We prefer sweet, 2) We'd love a beautiful vineyard view, 3) We'd love to snack on more than bread sticks 4) We want a shaded or air conditioned seating area to do our wine tasting. He knew exactly where to go, he's definitely a wine connoisseur, a sommelier. He drove us to Z & D, it was perfect. We were there most of our morning, he recommended places to eat lunch as well. We also went to other wineries. We plan to take another day trip to Napa and we will be calling Wine Introductions again. He's pleasant and very down to earth to have around. If your not familiar with Napa wineries, choose Wine Introductions, Trevor will arrange a day in Napa that will exceed your expectations of our famous and most beautiful wine country.
