Where oh where to begin? let's start with this was our newborns first appointment the nurse didn't introduce herself and neither did the doctor. Super unprofessional didn't let us ask any questions didn't offer any samples and left without saying good bye. From first impressions it's a Medicare type of establishment which means your a number and they don't care about you. i would not recommend this establishment or any other "holy redeemer" establishments to anyone. This review is for the Southampton location. Suspiciously the Southampton branch is not on yelp for some reason. This office will have you waiting for an hour past appointment time and then they are rude about it. Was not the first time either. The office is not kid friendly, absolutely nothing for entertainment during the hour in waiting room. I stopped by to submit for release of records...the door was locked at 12:10pm and no sign on door. Finally someone answered and said , we are at lunch for 1 hr. I said, "how would I have known, no sign and not listed on website". Perhaps this is the reason they habitually running behind 20mins to an hour nearly every basic well baby checkup. We are trying pediatric health group instead. Lord willing it will be a better experience overall. read more

First, I downloaded the app just to do this review. That's how adamant I am about sharing my story. Yes, the front desk is polite enough. I actually changed from my previous doctor because of the front desk I was dealing with... But I digress. Do not go to this doctor if you are breastfeeding. She is not a breastfeeding advocate, doesn't give advice with the consideration of a breastfeeding mother, and doesn't even ask. Her advice is very 'old school' and misinformed. She's using outdated practices and suggestions. She told me that my 9 month old should be only having one nap, only breastfeeding every 4-5 hours, and sleeping 12 hours straight a night. For anyone who does their own research, this is not only wrong, it's not medical advice - it's parenting advice, and therefore unnecessary. That being said, babies wake up periodically through the night to prevent SIDS. Additionally, solid food before one is just for fun, and isn't necessary. So only feeding my son his main source of nutrition every 5 hours is ridiculous. Breastfeeding is for eating, drinking, and comfort. My son one night woke up vomiting every 30 minutes. After around 5 hours of this, I called for advice. I started explaining the symptoms and was ready to ask if he should go to an ER even though he had no fever, when she interrupted me to tell me that he might get a fever. I explained that I understood that, but should I go to the er. She cut me off two more times just saying he could get a fever. Leaving my question unanswered. So I asked what to do. Stop breastfeeding him and ONLY give him pedialyte. How much? She wouldn't answer. She kept repeating herself. Well, I thought this was bad advice, considering breast milk contains antibodies, and changes when a baby is sick. Also, keeps the baby hydrated. Well, I went on the WHO site, and contacted my lactation consultant, both informed me that this was advice for FORMULA FED BABIES. I then realized this lady didn't even ask if I was breastfeeding. There's more, but this is getting to be novel already. To conclude, if you want advice that is from 1970, please go here. Otherwise find a better doctor. Maybe one that doesn't disregard your concerns. That's what I'm doing. ETA the bathroom right outside the office doesn't have a changing table. There are things that I LOVE about this pediatric office and things I don't like. When I first called to make an appointment, I specifically requested a doctor for my daughters first visit because she was 8 weeks premature. I was told I was being scheduled with a doctor but when I got there it was a PA. The same happened for the second visit. Don't get me wrong I love the PA but when you request a doctor and are told that you are being scheduled with a doctor then it should be a doctor. The front desk staff is really nice. There is one woman there that can have a little bit of an attitude and give what I like to call a "stink face." She's hot and cold. Sometimes she's nice and sometimes she doesn't seem to want to be there. I am always able to get an appointment when I need to. Most of the time the hold when you call is not long. They all seem to be very educated and know what they are talking about. I've only seen 3 of the doctors there and LOVED all of them. The answering service they use when they are closed however is rude and lacking. I spoke to the supervisor there and she was more rude than her employees, so I recommend you make sure to call when they are opened so you don't have to deal with them. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. read more

Love this doctors office! I went as a child for 20 years and now I take my daughter! The staff is incredibly friendly and you can always get an appt. My only complaint was it was very old and outdated. But, the last time we went they had redone the whole office! Hands down best pediatrics office! read more

Would not recommend this practice. They billed the wrong insurance for my child 2 1/2 years ago and I am still trying to settle it. The front desk is extremely rude. This is the first review I've written on yelp but I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their time. The doctors brush off concerns and they are always in a rush and backed up. On one occasion I waited for 30 minutes to see a doctor at a routine visit. I switched to another practice and have never been happier! read more

We love Dr. Kantor, Dr. Greenberg and staff. Excellent management of my kids health. I'm an RN, and very picky/thorough about healthcare. The docs/PA's at Tri-County have been with us through quite a few health issues-Bells Palsy, Lyme Disease, prematurity (3lbs. at birth), ADHD and 4 kids worth of random infections. My husband and I are very happy with the care they have received. read more

WORST OFFICE EVER! Horrible staff horrible doctors! Entire practice SUCKS! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE , first off they prescribed my daughter amoxicillin when they were told that she was allergic to it, her face blew up and was swollen for about a week. They then decided to document that she had an amoxicillin allergy. Then i gave birth to my second daughter and while still admitted to the hospital the ONE Doctor decided to fake her consultation. The doctor arrived on our second day there in the hospital , came into my room while the baby was having her audiograph done and stated he would find her and do her first consultation. A few hours passed the nurse brought the baby back and I asked if the pediatrician had seen her and she stated no. So later that night the RN came in do check up on me and i asked if the pediatrician was still there so he can come and see my daughter. The nurse then checked the system and stated he had already seen her and done her first consult. I was confused and they called in the RN that had taken the baby for the audiograph and she stated NO DOCTOR HAD COME TO SEE THE BABY WHILE SHE WAS PERFORMING THE AUDIOGRAPH. So basically the pediatrician put in a fake consult. I then received a phone call from the pediatrician himself and he apologized and said that he would be there to see her after he was finished seeing patients. He did show up but still that was strike 2! We then brought our new baby girl in for her check ups and at her 2 month check up we notified the Doctor that she was cranky , would take over an hour to drink her bottle arching her back while feeding ( all signs and symptoms of acid reflux) but the doctor stated "thats normal " , and "babies do that " and it seemed she was irritated by me and i quote she called me a "worry wart" so i decided to continue what i was doing and the baby kept continuing to suffer when i then decided to take her to CHOP ER at 4 months when she was DX with ACID REFLUX. The baby started to feed much better on the new meds that she was RX. So long story short this office is horrible and DO NOT CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR CHILDRENS PEDIATRICIAN. read more
