Great spot for kids. We always see the same Doc, so they know our kids. We are seen quickly and can get appointments when necessary. The rooms and halls are very kid friendly, colorful and fun. They have online portal for updates and records. read more

Loyalty lost to Corporate Medicine 17 years of bringing my children to Andorra Pediatrics, we were heartlessly told we are no longer welcome. The reason? We asked to hold off on a single vaccine (meningitis). Despite nearly two decades of trust and history, this office proved that they value '100% vaccine compliance' more than the health and rights of the patients they serve. It's clear where their priorities lie: it's not with the families, but with the 'Big Pharma' dollars tied to perfect compliance metrics. They would rather kick a loyal family to the curb than respect a parent's right to make an informed choice about the timing of a medical procedure. If you want a doctor who sees your child as a human being and not a checkbox for a pharmaceutical quota, look elsewhere. Absolute betrayal of trust. read more

I agree with the person who said they have no loyalty for their patients. Since Candy Dr Bob and Dr Dan left it is a shell of what it once was. I want to start by saying it used to feel like family. I remember calling Candy when my daughter was born and had to go under the blue light. She assured me that she would be fine and her words instantly calmed my fears. I remember texting Dr. Bob with a picture my daughters eye when she got a mosquito bite on her eyelid and it completely swelled up. He could have easily said call the office for an appt Monday but he gave me medical advice instead. My husband was one of Dr Bobs first patients forty some years ago. So naturally our kids all became patients of Dr Bob. He was the best. So, all of my kids are up to date with immunizations, but my youngest needed booster of a single immunization which technically she can get next year and she'd still be in range but Andorra true north said she needed it right now and sent me a letter releasing her as a patient. I've been going there for 15 years! My husband more than forty! And they had the nerve to release my daughter over a shot that wasn't even overdue! They are so money hungry and value big pharma more than their patients. Well guess what I took all my kids to another practice! Shame on True north Andorra! Good riddance! read more

I am a physician and take my children here. We consistently get same day sick visits, often within several hours of calling. My questions and concerns are always addressed, and I receive excellent rationale, explanations, and guidance. If I call with a clinical question, my call is returned promptly. I recommend this practice to those that inquire. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, the staff here are racist and discriminate against non-whites and are extremely offensive. They belittle people who do not speak English and give attitude to their patients. My nephew came down with a terrible cold. When we went in for an appointment, we were told he was "fine" Well he wasn't fine and he wasn't sleeping and he was crying all of the time. We went back and guess what? Ear infection on top of the cold because they prescribed him Tylenol because he was "fine." He is now on antibiotics. My mother who does not speak English well went in with my nephew for the second appointment and Jackie the receptionist starts asking my mother why I was "giving her attitude on the phone" in front of other patients and nurses and continued to rant about it. My mother did not know what she was talking about and automatically apologized. No. You do not embarrass my Mother in front of your staff and other patients when she's just trying to take care of a sick child. You really have some nerve as a receptionist to think that is ok. It's rude and unprofessional and unnecessary and you should be fired. The doctor that has treated my nephew since birth was now "gone" without notice and no one bothered to call us to let us know. That is ridiculous. The first thing you should do is let us know that our long time pediatrician is not going to be treating us anymore and that another doctor will be there in her place. And guess what else? They no longer accept Aetna and told us to switch to Keystone. The reason? Because they said Aetna doesn't provide good pediatric benefits. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life. Aetna is one of the largest insurance providers in the nation. When I called to get my nephew's records emailed to me, they said they are charging me $20. I will be reporting this office to the better business bureau. read more

How do you give 0 stars? Do not take your child here, especially a child of color. You can feel the racism coming off of these people. Kim, one of the managers is one of the most disrespectful pieces of shit I think I've ever met. No person skills WHAT SO EVER. She is ugly and disrespectful. I only went here because it was close to my house and in network. But, I would rather pay $50 out of pocket somewhere else than for the visit to be free and to continue to take my child here. I was having health problems (in the hospital) and other struggles and they told me I needed to be released due to not showing up and rescheduling. They are rude and they suck. Period. Also, the doctor just didn't seem like he gave two fucks about my son. He literally barely said shit to us with each check up. Bum ass white people. Sick of entitled ass white people. They ruin the fucking world at this point. Fuck these people I hope they go out of business solely based off of the lady kim. Look at every other review that's bad. It is all consistent with the terrible fucking staff! They are a disgrace and shouldn't even be in a child's presence. It is a blessing they released us because I would have ended up cursing them out due to their lack of care and entitlement. read more

Switched to Andorra Peds from CHOP Chestnut Hill when my son was 9 months after one too many impersonal experiences there. At Andorra, I love the care the doctors & nurses provide. Convenience being one of the greatest factors as they are always available to slide us in (don't have to beg for sick child appts) & we don't have to make well-child appointments months & months in advance like we did at CHOP. Another great thing is the resources that provide, including an awesome website & handouts at most of your visits. Dr Bob, in particular, is very empathetic & patient w new parents. I strongly recommend Andorra Peds! read more

Great office, friendly staff abs phenomenal doctors. Both my 3mo and 2.5 yo have had great experiences. Very Covid conscious office.

I called to make an initial appt. for my son. This practice won't accept anyone who is not up to date on his/her childhood vaccines. My child had the chicken pox (verifiable by current pediatrician), and this practice won't accept him as a patient becauaw he hasn't had the vaccine for it. This is an absurd and unsound line of thought. read more

I love Andorra Peds. Doctor Cozza is my daughter's pediatrician and she is an excellent doctor who is attention to detail, and goes above and beyond. read more

Dr. Cozza and the staff here are great. What I really like about Dr. Cozza is that she really takes her time with you. I've never felt like they were trying to rush me out. read more

Deserves zero stars. This practice was great when it was ran by Dr. Joanne Cozza but once she left it went downhill. I recently had my daughter and decided to take her to this practice. They didn't take anything i said seriously and belittled my boyfriend because we are 'so young' (21&22). My daughter developed this lump on her head when she was 3 months that became painful for her. I asked Dr. Dan to check it out, he briefly looked at it and said there was nothing to worry about. Two months later it's more prominent and seems to be bothering her. We ask him again to look at it and doesn't bother. Tells us we're worrying about nothing. After that i decided i wanted to switch practices and take my daughter else where as they were rude towards her father and didn't take our concerns seriously. When i told them I needed her records to switch they got instantly nasty with me saying they don't understand why. They told me to email them a release form which I did and they said they never received it. I emailed three more times and still nothing. I called and asked they said i must've typed the email in wrong. I went in for her last appointment there and again asked Dr. Dan to look at her head as she's 1 years old and it's still there, still hurting her. He says i never informed him about it before but that it looks fine. The moment i mention me getting a second opinion on it he starts touching it and immediately tells me I needed to take her to chop to get it checked out. Why did it take three times and basically a threat to get this done?! They still have not released her records to us for us to get her into a new doctor, we even walked one in with both our signatures and still nothing. They keep beating around the bush. If you want your child to be properly taken care of run far far away from andorra pediatric and there absolutely horrible staff. read more

First time father who has appreciated their knowledge and compassion for the last 4 years . When they say the people make the business , they were talking about this place . The staff is fantastic ... on a consistent basis . From the time I brought my son home from the hospital through the time he did a superman off the arm of the couch to his time needing some corrective dentistry , this place has been Oz behind the curtain of my fatherhood of raising a strong and healthy son !! read more

Horrible service. The staff is very unprofessional. When I spoke to the dr. about this he apologized profusely. He even called me the next day telling me he was a partner at the office and he should have more say as to what goes on. When I followed up with him as instructed I was told by the office manager I wouldn't be allowed to speak to him and my children was being released from the office. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any medical provider. read more

love this doctors office... I myself work at a pediatric office but I just fail in love with this place... it is so,so much kid oriented. This is my first child so you know I want the best for her. The staff are amazing, when I bring her there they hold her and interact with her. The place it self will make you want to be a kid again. read more

Horrible!!! I called to make a appointment for my child at the end of September. The phone call was answered by a rude woman who seemed to be too preoccupied with her conversation to even look for my daughter's medical record. Her records were only here because her pervious doctor unfortunately closed. The woman repeatedly asked for my daughter's name, then wouldn't even make an appointment. That following week, after I had calmed down, I called to request her medical records. I went up to the practice on a Tuesday, filled out the paper work and was told that they would call me when the records had been put on a disc. That Friday, I called to ask if they could fax her records to her new doctor. The new doctor had said they their computers DO NOT read the disc so they would need it on paper. The medical assistant there said they could fax it over to them, it should not have been a problem. Andorra Pediatrics said they could not do it. Five more days go by, I call to check the status. They said that it was not yet ready, I asked how much longer (as it had been almost 2 weeks). The woman said it should be ready in 2 days. Two days later (TODAY) I called to see iif it was finally ready. I got the same BS answer! ANNETTE got on the phone, told me not to call back because they would call me when it was ready! First of all, it does not take almost 2 weeks to put medical records for a 2 year old on a disc! This was only my third time calling about it something that honestly could have been done a week ago! I have lived in the area for over 15 years and I have NEVER dealt with such a RUDE and INCOMPETENT office staff!!! They also had a white little dog walking around the office. This is NOT the place you want to take your child to! I plan on reporting them for the dog! read more

Honestly writing this review isn't even going to this place justice...I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. We have two children, the oldest being 5, and both have been going to this office since they were born. Right from the start Dr. Dan and nurse Michelle were with us every crazy step of the way in dealing with being first and second time parents :) They are responsive, professional and respectful...and just great people! We moved about an hour away and regardless decided to stay with Andorra because you just can't compare the value of great docs and nurses over distance. read more

We were sad to have to leave the original practice we'd gone since my son was born as it no longer included my favorite doctor. I'm so glad that this happened when it did. We started coming here when my son was 11 years old and Dr. Dan was just the right doctor. I'm glad that my son has a male doctor now as he heads into adolescence. Everyone here, nurses, PA, are all top notch. Dr. Dan is friendly and clear in his instructions. My son really listens to Dr. Dan when he makes suggestions. I am extremely particular at what I expect from medical personnel and I don't always follow the status quo-- and these folks fit the bill perfectly. They are able to answer all of my questions. GREAT FRONT DESK STAFF AS WELL!! I'd recommend them to my very best friends!!! read more

My husband and I decided to switch pediatricians after just two visits at Andorra. First of all, there are DOGS walking around the office. And not just behind the reception area. One tried to follow us into our exam room! I just about died. The one place you should NOT have dogs walking around is a pediatrician's office! During our daughter's one week check up, she needed her heel stuck to get blood b/c she was slightly jaundice. They wanted us to come back the next day to get her heel stuck again, but a nurse from The Birth Center in Bryn Mawr said she could check for jaundice without sticking her. Then we were told our daughter had a clogged tear duct, and instead of saying "try these drops and see what happens next", the doctor told us how she would need to have the duct surgically probed if it wasn't healed within a year. Way to scare us! As a first time parent I was not thrilled. We switched to Bryn Mawr Peds and LOVE them. read more

My children, now in their mid-teens, have been patients of Joann Cozza since birth and we followed her from another practice to Andorra Peds. I can recommend the practice without reservation. They are responsive, attentive, and make every effort to provide excellent care for the individual child. Also, where some practices are driven (by ego or by $$) to hesitate before referring to a specialist, Dr. Cozza's interest is always in having the child receive the best and most appropriate care and so if she believes a specialist can better handle an issue, she provides a referral and guidance. Also, when my children were babies, most pediatricians were still handing out antibiotics like lollipops but Dr. Cozza saved it for bacterial infections. Finally, Dr. Cozza has confidence in parents. Her view is that you know your child best and that if you think something is wrong, even if you can't articulate it in medical terms, she's always happy to follow up and take a look. Your concerns are never dismissed as silly or "hysterical." read more
