We cannot say enough good things about Hatboro Pediatrics!…read moreEvery staff member there is amazing, although we are partial to Dr. Coren and Rosa. We have been taking my now 11 month old there since he was born. When we took him home from the hospital he was dehydrated (orange in his urine) from not getting enough milk (my breastmilk wasn't in yet) and I called the Hatboro Pediatrics emergency number up crying (first time mom here) and Dr. Amoia immediately calmed me down and told me what to do. AND she called to check on him the next day. So great. Since then we've been there countless times for well check and sick visits. They listen to all your concerns and check the child thoroughly. You can also call the office with any questions you have. I have called many times since I'm a worrier. We had to take my son to the ER for dehydration from the flu and they called the next day to check on how he was doing. We had to take him to the pediatric urgent care another time when he was sick and again they called the next day and wanted to see him. I love this practice. I feel comfortable with my son in their care and know they know what they're doing. I recommend them to everyone, in fact a few of our friends and family recommended them to us. I honestly give side eye to anyone who takes their child to any other doctor.

I went in person with my daughter's records and they said they would not see her due to her age. She is 16 soon to be 17. They basically told me she is too old and they didn't want her as a patient. Yet she is too young to go to our family practice doctor. She is still a minor. Very disappointing! Maybe they should start saying they are accepting new patients under the age of 16!

She's answered some pretty ridiculous questions from this first-time mom and I know I can always call, anytime!! And if I call after ours, I speak to HER not just anyone! We were scheduled for an annual checkup, took her out of school, got here on time, as scheduled, and ended up waiting for the nurse practitioner forever to come in and see us knowing that I had to bring my daughter back to school. They really forgot about us in the consultation room. Really no consideration for kids' school or for other people's time or schedules. I am considering changing doctors though we have been with them for a couple of years. The doctors don't seem to be around much or are always booked up and the nurse practitioners don't seem to care.... The practice has only gone downhill recently.... Unless they revamp their staff, I don't see people coming back ..

I guess clients are okay with this but not me... switched practices and left the CHOP network because of the unprofessionalism and unavailability. RIDICULOUS! The CHOP network should shutter this place.

I have always been a fan of everything about this practice - the ease, flexibility, friendliness of staff making appointments, quick check in process, and wait time that doesn't go beyond 3-5 minutes, & finally the expertise, kindness and great bedside manners of all parties involved (Dr King & Gilda). After having no other option than to take our daughter to CHOP urgent care in KOP when her fever reached over 102F during after hours last night and the poor care and exceedingly long wait times we experienced has confirmed this even more. I was also told they don't consider a fever unless it's at 101.3. That is not her choice to make. We are now at 9:20 I paid the co pay and was told to move so they could now register regular patients. Now I have to wait. My daughter called and Irene is now arguing with my daughter so the reception area heard the conversation. I opened the glass and asked her to keep her voice down.
