Those…read morewho hold CHOP in high regard have never been to this location.We moved out of the city and checked that there was a CHOP practice close so that we could remain in the network only to be met with rudeness and constantly being turned away due to not having availability. WHAT DO YOU DO?! When our kids are sick, they should be able to see a doctor, yet we were told to go to urgent care over and over. Urgent care is not the primary. I guess clients are okay with this but not me... switched practices and left the CHOP network because of the unprofessionalism and unavailability. RIDICULOUS! The CHOP network should shutter this place.

We have been taking my now 11 month old there since he was born. When we took him home from the hospital he was dehydrated (orange in his urine) from not getting enough milk (my breastmilk wasn't in yet) and I called the Hatboro Pediatrics emergency number up crying (first time mom here) and Dr. Amoia immediately calmed me down and told me what to do. AND she called to check on him the next day. So great. Since then we've been there countless times for well check and sick visits. They listen to all your concerns and check the child thoroughly. You can also call the office with any questions you have. I have called many times since I'm a worrier. We had to take my son to the ER for dehydration from the flu and they called the next day to check on how he was doing. We had to take him to the pediatric urgent care another time when he was sick and again they called the next day and wanted to see him. I love this practice. I feel comfortable with my son in their care and know they know what they're doing. I recommend them to everyone, in fact a few of our friends and family recommended them to us. I honestly give side eye to anyone who takes their child to any other doctor.

I went in person with my daughter's records and they said they would not see her due to her age. She is 16 soon to be 17. They basically told me she is too old and they didn't want her as a patient. Yet she is too young to go to our family practice doctor. She is still a minor. Very disappointing! Maybe they should start saying they are accepting new patients under the age of 16!

I took her there and dr Dennis was the doctor. My boyfriend who has the right to take her when I can't get off work or it's an emergency is aloud to take her. He was in the room and dr Dennis went nose to nose with him and said I don't care your not her father get out. But I had the right to say he's aloud in there. Dr Dennis didn't like that. He was yelling at my bf in front of my 3 year old daughter. I'm very hurt and upset about this experience. And the office is at suite 2500. If you need help there are people always walking around and they will point you in the right direction. When you first walk in there is a glass window where you sign in. The front desk employees are always friendly and great you with a big smile. The wait time varies but it usually does not take too long.I've also seen a few doctors at this location. I've seen Dr. Elisa Mandel, Brittany Sands CRNP, Randi Banner CRNP. My personal favorite is Dr. Randi Banner- she is just a genuine, warm, and personable person. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is a good listener. I never felt rushed and she really takes the time to make sure she goes over everything and doesn't skip anything. She also ask how my life is going and if I have any questions about eating healthier, exercises, etc. She also has seen my older brother and when she sees me she always asks about him.Overall all the doctors I have had are great.
