I was a walk-in; so I waited about 15 minutes for my service. The employee taking care of me was very friendly and welcoming. Since I was a new customer, she did the standard procedure of asking whether or not I've gotten threading done before. She informed me that she'd do more of a cleanup than a shaping, since there was some uneven arch shaping from my previous salon. I was very happy with the service overall. The employee took her time to be very precise and neat with the brow threading. I'd recommend Aroma to anyone looking for threading in Bucks County.

She laughed and assured me that she would fix everything up. That was an understatement. My brows are now absolute perfection. I can't stop staring at them. After she tweezed (wax irritates my skin) and trimmed them, she filled them in with the Benefit products, not once pushing me to buy anything. The best part of the whole experience was the great conversation we had while she was reconstructing my face. Michelle was so nice and hilarious and I could have sat there all day chatting. Although my hair is gone almost completely, it's so reassuring to know that the memberships here are forever for me to go whenever I want to or if I feel some regrowth. The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

They "dremmeled" my decent natural nails first…read more The gel paint lasted very well however, once they dremmeled the paint off, the next gel paint started chipping off the tissue thin and bendy nails I had left. They tugged at my cuticles with dull nippers. My cuticles grew out a mess for weeks. If your not living in acrylic nails, these are not the shops for you. Now, for the next 4+ months, I'll have these tissue thin chipping, peeling nails. Last time another shop did the same mess using sanding blocks. NEVER AGAIN.
