I had heard some noises coming from our the Rear Final Drive Assembly on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Josh later took the vehicle for a spin, hoisted it, checked a few things, and reached out to me about his findings. He presented me with some facts about the symptom and its remedy. He also explained to me the likelihood of other potential, very expensive drive line failures that could be imminent. He could have persuaded me to make a repair to the Rear Drive Final Assembly and taken my money. Instead, he dealt honestly, giving me the opportunity to make a wise decision based on his experienced perspective. The potential future investments involved were sobering. He did not attempt to persuade me in any way (for or against repair), just honestly told me what was happening, what was historically likely to happen next, and the costs for both. This I see as integrity. Wow, what refreshing experience. I so appreciate the integrity of the Kaz team. They have won a customer! I highly, highly recommend going to see them. Originally I took my car to Firestone (who, for what it's worth, have always been great to work…read morewith as well) for a rattle and they thought it was something to do with my differential (which they don't do work on) so they referred me out to Bud & Ray's for them to have a look at it. It took a little while for me to get in (about 2 weeks) but I was really impressed with the service. Everyone was super friendly and I was able to talk to the technician who looked at my car directly. They ended up determining that I didn't need any work done and the rattle was just a loose heat shield and only charged me $25 and sent me on my way. I'd highly recommend them if you need transmission work - and - given the wait time and the fact the lot was absolutely packed when I dropped the car off I'm guessing I'm not the only one who feels that way. I really appreciated the honesty and the ease of communication (texting!). 10/10.
