I was very nervous about the treatment, but his assistant, Veronica made me feel comfortable and reassured. My general dentist and Drs. Sordellis communicated well about my treatment plan in advance and answered all my questions patiently. The procedure itself was quick and I experienced minimal pain/discomfort, exactly as they promised. His anesthesia skill was the most amazing as ever and I never felt pain during the treatment as well as the anesthesia itself. He also did crown lengthening on my tooth that had severe decays below the gum line and the tooth is still in good condition after 7 years without extraction. I truly appreciate his amazing skills. The office is very nice and well-organized, and my appointment started on time. All the staff is very welcoming and professional. I am very happy with the results of my treatments and would highly recommend Dr.Aldo Sordelli and his team to anyone needing periodontal care.

Visited this office in March of 2024 for a gum recession surgery and the procedure caused a…read moretraumatic neuroma that has caused me significant pain even to this day in my gums where the surgery was performed. Would definitely NOT recommend coming here for any kind of surgery. When i asked to be refunded my money, the office asked me to sign an Release and Indemnity agreement so that i couldn't sue them in the future(smart on their part i guess), just to get my money back to fix all the damages this doctor caused. I would proceed at your own risk, and i will be reporting him and this office to the Texas Board of Dental Examiners. Lastly, they denied me all my medical records when i asked for them so that i could share them with the oral surgeons who had to perform the excision to remove the mess Dr. Sordelli caused. So thanks for that too!

My first check-up consisted of 4 parts: First, a sit down consultation, with a staff member, asking what I wanted to do with my teeth. Second, I was escorted to a dentist chair for not only x-rays, but high definition pictures of my mouth. X-rays and photos where taken from all angles. (photos are used to evaluate tooth and gum health) Everything is explained to me, so I can understand what is going on. Third, I go over to the dental hygienist's chair for my cleaning. Lastly, I spoke with the dentist as we looked at the photos and x-rays. We talked about the concerns and questions I brought up in the consultation. Talked about what I wanted to do with my teeth and the most urgent problem areas that I needed worked on first. I have already recommended him to friends. Down side for me is I have a new insurance which makes him out- of -network. I'm in the process of finding an in-network dentist, but I don't think I will find one as good as him and his staff.

The staff provided educational videos about the procedure and conducted an exam to plan the best approach. Dr. Mahmood kindly explained each step of the process to ensure I understood everything. I chose to proceed with local anesthesia and opted out of the Exparel injection at the end of the surgery. I scheduled my surgery for two weeks later and received thorough instructions beforehand. On the day of the procedure, it lasted about 30 minutes; one wisdom tooth was more complex and took a bit longer. The recovery was smooth, with no significant pain or swelling, thanks to careful adherence to the medication schedule. Five days post-surgery, I noticed only a small hematoma in a facial area. I am very grateful to Dr. Mahmood, the assistants, and the entire staff for their excellent care and support throughout this process.

The office is very COVID safe: not allowing guests in waiting rooms, monitoring temperatures, staff wearing face shields. For the procedure, I chose to go under and it was a very quick procedure (less than an hour). I only had to clamp down on the gauze for 1 hour afterwards and the bleeding disappeared. I didn't have any pain afterwards and didnt need any pain medication! I was back to eating solid food within 5 days. The office provides you with a specific syringe that you can spray into the holes left behind by the teeth to clean out any food debris stuck in the holes which was very helpful! The staff also call on you to check up and are very responsive to any questions. Dr. Mahmood is also very personable. Honestly, the most seamless experience ever, I couldn't rate any higher.

But she took my call and had me laughing in no time, which really helped because I was in so much pain. A little backstory, my braces were removed in 2021. A year later, my permanent retainer was moving my teeth. My orthodontist took full blame and put braces on the bottom of my teeth to correct them. The process was finished in April. Well, the left side of my head and face became very painful. The orthodontist said the retainer mold was wrong and replaced that...
