I really enjoyed the food here. The server was extremely kind though he was a bit behind. He made sure our evening went smoothly. My favorite meal was actually the house salad. I was tempted to ask for a bit of those nuts to eat later. I wouldnt say everything was perfect but it wasn't bad either. I did find it spacious but it felt almost too open. Wonderful restaurant at the Omni Orlando Resort! I visited here on a Sunday morning for brunch and it was amazing! Not the largest buffet, but it has everything you need for a fantastic brunch experience. My favorite item was the omelet made just for me by the chef at the omelet station. I got all the veggies and at the chef's recommendation, a little bit of jalapeños. It was generously sized and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the oatmeal, fresh fruit, and French toast. The chef coaxed me into adding a little bit of jalapeno and that turned my great omelet into the best omelet of my life. I am not joking! Beyond that, there is an excellent selection of all that I (and probably most people?) could ask for at a breakfast buffet: meat (bacon and sausage), scrambled eggs, and potatoes; yogurt and granola; pastries; and more. For lunch, I recommend any pasta in the half size unless you're looking to eat a lot. The half portion was enough for the average person and the full portion would have been too much, especially if ordering something else like an appetizer or dessert. This is a very decent place for breakfast if you are a guest at the Omni. Our reservation came with "kids eat breakfast for free." Free breakfast meant that kids could eat for free as long as there is a paying adult, but only one adult need be present, even if there are more adults on the reservation. So I could let my husband sleep in and bring my kids to eat. The buffet is good. Lots of fresh berries, smoked salmon kept refreshed, omelet bar. The scrambled eggs were plentiful, but they could run lukewarm. The bacon was excellent. I liked the variety of jams and jellies and the fresh honey. However, I am getting too old to do justice to a buffet, so it was nice to be able to have the kids go through the buffet while I ordered a la carte. The French toast was excellent. It was a giant hunk of brioche, topped with some guava mascapone and berries, and 3.5 good sized slices of bacon on the side. The toast made me think of Hong Kong style toast, so I was a big fan. If you're looking for a casual sit down Italian restaurant in the Champions Gate area, Trevi's is a wonderful option! I've dined here a few times now while at the Omni hotel for a convention. I was able to call and make reservations a couple weeks beforehand for dinner. They were very accommodating for our large party with kids and were ready for us when we arrived. The service and food were excellent. The Tuscan Pork I ordered was delicious, tender, and had a great flavor combination. My husband loved the Spicy Pepperoni pizza. Prices are high and as expected in a nice hotel. We also tried breakfast in the restaurant one day and opted for the regular menu versus the buffet. My son loved the bacon and kids pancakes. Well, this was a disappointing visit. I was with a group. Upon realizing another table was needed, some staff brought over a table to extend the length of the group table. But they forgot a few things... chairs (after about 5 minutes, they found them), silverware (never produced), water glasses (never produced nor was water provided), plates (we had to share). The appetizers of meatballs and bruschetta were decent and served family style. The wine was readily flowing, although it did get tiring as I had to telling the same server I did not want more alcohol multiple times, especially since water was promised and never brought over. I ordered veal Marsala as it was recommended. It was a hard pass. The sauce was flavorful and the noodles were ok. The veal was undercooked. I would have told a server, but at that point, I had lost my appetite and confidence in their ability to provide a good meal. The atmosphere is extremely loud, but looks nice, reminding me of southern Italy. I recommend considering other restaurants if you are at the Omni. Maybe you'll have a better experience if you want to take the adventure. Update: The restaurant social media team commented after 10 days requesting me to call the manager on duty, which I did. The manager, Brianna, was very kind, polite, and eager to turn this into learning opportunities. Time will tell and I do hope other guests have a better experience than I did. read more

We've stay at the Omni ChampionsGate once or twice a year and as often as we frequent Trevi's we've never dined in for dinner. On our last night in town we took the opportunity to enjoy dinner on our own and they did not disappoint. Restaurant was very clean, spacious and noise level just right. Manuel provided excellent service. My husband enjoyed the chicken parm while I enjoyed the lasagna. The started us with focaccia bread with whipped butter as well as oil & herbs for dipping. This restaurant is located inside the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate. A large group of us dined here on a Saturday night. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 11. On the night we dined, we opted for their buffet items. Although pandemic protocols were posted, staff were adhering "lightly." I was really looking forward to some tasty Italian food. What was there was very hit and miss...mostly miss. Most items lacked flavor. They even had pizza out...but it was cold. I eventually mixed their chicken (cut up) with their Alfredo pasta, adding both salt and pepper to create something reasonable. Parmesan cheese would have been nice to have. Speaking with others in our group, opinions were very similar...the food lacked flavor especially considering the price we paid. Most of us were disappointed. Horrendous Italian food. I was expecting upscale and authentic, but what I got was TV dinner microwave worthy. TLDR: Osteria Italian Kitchen in champions gate right down the road is more authentic and worth it than this place. First indication something was off was the wine selection, very limited and mostly non Italian wines at ridiculous prices. Secondly was their bruschetta, which was like, 4 day old tomatoes they cut up and served on top of stale bread. They were pink, and not ruby red like fresh tomatos are. Third their buratta panzanella was mostly stale croutons with maybe 1/8 tomatos and 1/8 zucchini. Lasagna was laughable: 9 sheets of pasta with two layers of cheese in the mix (bagged cheese to be fair) and top layer with a little tiny bit of meat. (Menu says a mix of beef, veal and pork but to me tasted just beef and maybe pork). Sorry excuse for an Italian restaurant and if there is a they chef should be fired. read more

Below average food for an elite-level price. Not even remotely Italian outside of the meal names on the menu. I wasn't terribly hungry so I ordered the carpaccio salad, and I love mustard don't get me wrong, but with a small portion salad you have to know how to use it sparingly. Every bite I took my fork was dripping in honey mustard it was all I could taste. It was supposed to come with a mustard aioli and as my server is garnishing my salad with what looks like a dense feta I asked what it was and he blatantly explained how the cooks messed up the liquid nitrogen process for my aioli while he was scooping it on my plate. I can honestly say it was the worst salad I've ever had. Colleague across from me ordered a $44 steak and described it as, "yeah it was definitely food, but definitely not a $44 steak." Another colleague ordered the seafood pasta (okay finally a more traditional Italian dish) and the server recommended she opt for the lemon alfredo sauce over the menu-designed marinara sauce because that was HIS favourite dish at the restaurant. Yeah they brought her a dry pasta and forgot the alfredo so they legit brought out a cup of alfredo on the side. Server again blatantly stated the kitchen messed up. Let me also caveat that the place was almost dead when we ordered so the lack of quality was absolutely not due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. Cheesecake for dessert had a creme-brule like hard topping... odd.. and it was dense and not fluffy. Terrible texture. The server was overly friendly and helpful but was way too much. He was checking in so often another colleague commented, "should we bring him a chair so he can just join us, or what?" I could tell he was trying his best and I appreciate his efforts but it was smothering. Spent 5 straight minutes telling me all his favourite menu items (there were like 8 of them). Would not recommend for the food. Would not recommend for the price. Nice decor and beautiful grounds though. read more

I'm usually not a huge fan of restaurants that are in the hotel that I'm staying at but I do have to say, Trevi's is quite an exception. The ambiance here is beautiful and clean and the food is fresh and delicious. Came in for dinner and started with their fantastic bruschetta served with deliciously grilled toast points with fresh Parmesan slivers and a perfectly seasoned tomato-garlic bruschetta topping. There were a couple of little hiccups with our order: the menu said papardelle pasta but it came with linguine instead and my bone in veal chop was still partially raw, but our wonderful server Rob and they manager Roylan, were super understanding and accommodating and took care of everything to try and make it right again. Will definitely be returning to try their breakfast options as well! read more

I usually do not have high hopes for a hotel restaurant. We were in a pinch for time and decided to just grab some food downstairs instead of searching for a nearby restaurant. I was looking forward to some Italian food and as soon as we walked in, it smelled amazing. The place was about half full, we got a table right away. We started with the veggie flat bread - amazing. I was blown away. Artichoke, baby spinach, grilled zucchini, grilled yellow squash, sun-dried tomatoes, baked to perfection. As an entree we had the chicken parm - our waitress was so sweet and let us know the portions we very large so we started by splitting it and getting an extra side of pasta. It was the perfect portion (after the flatbread appetizer of course). The chicken was not greasy at all, crisp outside and moist chicken. He had the classic red sauce and I enjoyed the white sauce. Both were great compliments to the meal. For dessert we shared a tiramisu which was also fantastic and the chef brought out mini cannolis for us to try as well. Although the Omni Orlando Champions Gate resort has several restaurants, we dined at Trevi three times during our stay. Each meal was distinctly different, some being better then others. I would say the meals averaged out to an overall 3 1/2 star rating but I will round out due to the restaurant's versatility. Our first meal at Trevi was brunch. There is a brunch buffet for $25 adults/$12.50 children. Husband and children had the buffet. The items on the buffets were tasty and of high quality, but for $25, the buffet was just not very large. There was an omelet maker and the usual breakfast items such as eggs, sausage, french toast. I think the only item out of the ordinary was shrimp and grits. I saved a bit of money by ordering an egg white omelet for $15 . I enjoyed the huge omelet, which was served with fruit and a bran muffin. Our second meal was a group dinner with our lacrosse team (hence, no pics). We had several appetizers and entrees served family style. I can't even remember each one but they were all delicious! The appetizers we had included Calamari and Caprese Pomodoro (the mozzarella tasted homemade and was excellent!) Our entrees included Pasta di Frutti de Mare. The fettuccini tasted homemade and there was plenty of fresh seafood. We also has Spaghetti e Polpette (spaghetti & meatballs), and Pollo di Angelo, angel hair pasta with chicken, artichokes, roasted peppers, sundries tomatoes, pine nuts, and scampi sauce. Everything was delectable! Service was superb, especially considering we were a party of at least 60 loud adults and children. Our food and beverages were delivered promptly and with a smile. Our third visit was also a dinner but very different from the group dinner. Trevi offered a buffet for $14.95 which included many items including salads, pastas, chicken, pizza, and dessert. The food was just okay, but we were so happy Trevi had it available. After being on the lacrosse fields for 13 hours and arriving back at the hotel at 9pm, it was great to be able to eat quickly. If visiting the Omni Orlando Champions Gate again, I would not mind trying their other restaurants, which include a steak and an Asian one For this visit however, Trevi did it's job and fed us well! read more

It's an Italian restaurant - but they serve breakfast during mornings - and this is the only place in the resort that does a full sit down breakfast. I ate breakfast here two mornings in a row. You can opt for the breakfast buffet, or order off of the menu. The first morning I went for the breakfast buffet. Everything is so beautifully laid out. They also include an omelet station as part of the buffet - so I went with that. I ordered an omelet with: spinach, mushrooms, onions, fresh jalapeño (not that pickled crap) and fresh garlic, and cheddar cheese. While I was waiting for my omelet to be made - I noticed they had all sorts of custom sauces to try with the omelettes, I tried a Chipotle sauce and and one other that I can't recall the name of - they were both tasty sauces. The omelet was made perfectly. Cooked just right, the right texture, and it was delicious! I also tried a biscuit with some sausage gravy ladled over it. The biscuit was sublime - baked to perfection, flaky, fantastic texture, not all chewy like some restaurant biscuits. And the sausage gravy was very flavorful and full of chunks of sausage. The second day I ordered an omelet right off the menu - and duplicated the omelet I had the day before. This one was just as good flavor-wise, but it was a little overcooked. I booked a reservation for our party of 7 for Christmas dinner. I was told it was a buffet, at a price of $68/ person. When they called me to confirm the reservation the day before, I asked about the buffet and how the food would be served. I specifically asked "will there be employees dishing out the food, or is it every man for himself, handling all of the utensils, etc...?" The lady I spoke with said "Oh yes, you bring your plate up and they serve you". I was so relieved. I told her, I'm not a fan of buffets to begin with, especially when I think of all those customers touching all the same things. Clearly, she was mistaken. They were serving at the carving station and risotto station, but everything else was self-serve. Not a single guest was wearing a mask when they went to get their food. Right off the bat, this alarmed me and my appetite diminished. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. I explained that the buffet situation had been misrepresented and I was very upset. He offered to move us to one of the other restaurants on property, but at that point, part of our party had already started eating. Rather than cause more commotion, we decided to stay and stick it out. The food was LOUSY and disappointing. Not to mention, part of this meal was dangerous for me. I am deathly allergic to shellfish. I went to the risotto station, where the chef had a bowl of raw shrimp sitting out. I told him I am allergic and he asked me what kind of broth I wanted. I said, "no- I need you to get a clean pan. I am allergic to shrimp!" Then it finally registered with him. However, because he used his hands to add the toppings, I couldn't be sure that my food had not been cross-contaminated. I took a Benadryl with my meal just to be safe. The salad section was pretty sad. The greens were wilted and the shredded cheese had been sitting out for so long that it had congealed together. My dad had shrimp but had to ask repeatedly for cocktail sauce. When they finally gave him some, it looked like someone had dumped a can of diced tomatoes into a little dish. My husband ordered beer and it was warm. When he ordered another one, he mentioned that the beer was hot, and our waiter brought him two in an ice bucket, which was nice, I guess. But if the beer was kept cold, this would not have been necessary. When we first sat down, I told our waiter that I would like a nice, full-bodied Cabernet. He returned with two bottles of Meiomi Pinot Noir and said he would only charge me for one. That was nice, but it wasn't Cabernet like I had requested. This was our second time dining at Trevi's, but we will never be back. The first time, we experienced decent Italian food, and wanted to give it another try. The only reason I gave the rating one star is because our waiter was good. Considering the price we paid last night, I feel we were completely ripped off. I most certainly did not consume $68 worth of food, and neither did most of our party. I suppose if you just stick to plates full of prime rib and shrimp, it could be a good deal. But seriously, I could have made a frozen pizza at home and enjoyed it way more than this overpriced, unappetizing and questionably sanitary buffet. They should have paid us to eat there! read more

I stopped by Trevi's to look at the lunch menu when I was staying at the resort. The menu didn't have very many pasta options. I told the host that I was vegetarian and she said that most vegetarians ate pasta with butter. I said no thanks. I'll come back for the dinner menu. The dinner menu and team really wowed me. I was impressed by my server, Emmanuel, and would request him if I ever get to go again! The food was great! I especially like the caprese salad that came with buratta! It was umm. This has to be one of my best breakfast experiences I've ever had. That is a very large statement for me because breakfast is my favorite meal and I go out for breakfast almost every day. This place blew my mind. I'm not that attracted to the term "buffet", but I always look at it before I return to my seat and order off the menu. When I saw the appearance of this buffet, it was a medley of all of my favorite foods. Everything, for the most part was organic and healthy. It was like a dream come true. Of course with any healthy meal, usually comes an expensive price. It was about $30 for the buffet and that also includes coffee and drinks. Otherwise, the menu items range between $17-25 and did not include coffee, so when all is said and done I was only paying a few extra dollars then I would for a regular meal. Plus, I love variety. I love yogurt parfait's, oatmeal, bagels, and your obvious egg and meat choice. That is exactly what I got. You can look at the video and photos below for a better understanding of how amazing the spread was. I went for the free range scrambled eggs and the blueberry maple sausage. I also toasted half of a cinnamon raisin bagel. They had organic cream cheeses that were made with strawberries and blueberries. They also had organic peanut butter and almond butter. I didn't want all the carbs but I wanted to try all the toppings so take a look at my bagel below! I made a creation. I feel pretty special about that. They had Greek yogurt parfait's with raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry mixed in with their house, homemade granola. I also went for the gluten-free banana nut muffin and that was delicious as well. The coffee is incredible and the service was outstanding. Shout out to Carlos, my server. He was awesome! The oatmeal was unbelievable and had so many choices for toppings. I went with granola, coconut shavings, sliced almonds, and raisins. It was delicious. Overall, I probably consumed about 4000 cal but it was so worth it. If you go to a breakfast buffet, you know what to expect! They also had grits with toppings, all sorts of pastry options, tons of bread and bagel options, an olive bar, and much more. Again, please see video for the visionaries. The hostess was so kind, she noticed me taking photos and I told her I was an avid Yelp-er. She sat me at the best seat right by the window and it had a gorgeous view of the outside pool area. The overall experience was definitely five star. They connected all the dots for me. My ideal five-star restaurant has incredible service, a great environment, and delicious food. Trevi's had all three of these. I highly suggest you try this place. Heck, I would even stay at this resort just to try the place! Pronounced "Trev-EES" not like "Travis." You WILL be corrected. Breakfast Buffet review. I was here for the Breakfast buffet on a Monday morning. The place had a decent amount of people in it, and we were seated after waiting in a short line at a table. The breakfast buffet has pretty much all the staples you can think of: an omelette station, bacon, sausage, pancakes, muffins, etc. So just a few notes on the food. The omelette was good, maybe a bit too eggy for me (the egg to cheese ratio was off). Try the Bourbon Maple Syrup for the pancakes. The chocolate muffins are amazing. Overall, the food was really tasty; although I wish there was more options (waffles, zeppoles, an x-factor to make it stand out). The staff were very friendly, and clearly trained to do a solid job. My drinks were constantly refilled, and whenever I left an empty plate on the table, it was pretty quickly cleaned out of my way. Trevi's for breakfast was very open and spread out. Even though there was a good amount of people in the restaurant, I never felt like anyone was on top of me, or it was crowded. There was a lot of personal, and open space, which is fantastic. The pasta was too dry and undercooked, even though the server said he will get the vegetarian option made for us but it came out too quick for a dish to be made for a special request order. I could tell that the pasta has been picked from the buffet, very chewy. read more
