BEWARE THIS TRUCK DEALER!!!!!!…read more This is a Bullet Proofing Scam Artist in my opinion- keep readying my experience with him!! We found an Excursion that I fell in Love with. I let him know I am NEEDING a large truck as I cannot take my grandson (18 Months) anywhere with me at the moment, and I am the nanny. We test drove it on Sunday, he offered his lowest price, we went home and talked about it. Called him on Monday and told him we would take it at full price if he got ALL of the truck fixed. The window (motor was going out) The Driver seat (the Motor did not work) repair two seats upholstery, and find out about the EGR Delete. Saturday when we first saw it, we talked to Steve, he said the EGR Delete had been done on the vehicle and it was bullet proofed. We did some home work and to fully bullet proof a vehicle there are 5 more steps that need to be done to Bullet Proof it. That would be about 6-8K to get it done. When we test drove it Sunday with Darryl, we asked about the EGR Delete and he said no it had not, but he would check on the car fax. (car fax will have not information on this) When we talked to him Monday about fixing the entire truck at regular price, we asked again about the EGR delete and he said he did not know anything, We let him know we were getting financing for it. Tuesday I got the financing and we texted him to let him know. We never heard anything from him. Wednesday morning Darryl sent a TEXT saying he had sold the truck. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! He said he had been out of pocket on Tuesday and did not get our message. SO,.,..,,,,,,let me get this straight.......you don't get my message, but you are available for someone else to buy it??? What about the deal you are already in???? Not even a call, hey i have someone that wants to look at it!!!!!! I THINK.........The EGR Delete had been done as Steve said......Darryl did not want to pay for the rest to be done and since we kept asking about it, he knew if the engine bolts blew, it would be his fault, So he is covering up the fact the Service Engine Soon light came on the cheapest way he could and called it Bullet Proofed. I feel sorry for the person who bought it......there is a problem that has been covered up and you will not know!!!!!! I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY.........HE IS A SHYSTER!!!!!!!!! (a person, who uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, or deceptive methods in business) So now, I am left with money.........and I cannot find another Excursion!!!!! But, my Lexus didn't start the other day and I found out that my battery was under (prorated) warranty. I popped into North Park Lexus and they took great care of me. Let me tell you - NOW I know why people go to the dealership! They have a coffee bar with a barista and some snacks like popcorn and cookies. My iced latte was delicious!! I'm not sure what the hours are, but they also have a show shine chair and a chair massage! And, it's all complimentary! Raul was my service advisor and he was fantastic! He doesn't mess around! Someone brought my car around, before he made sure all was good and he made them take it back to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction. Maybe I AM a dealership girlie.....?

I've never had an issue, but today I was disappointed because my car came out of the wash still dirty and there were streak marks all over the windows, front and back windshields, making it difficult to see while driving fortunately, I pulled over in the lot across the street for further inspection and then came right back to the let them know about the issue. They did not even apologize and just asked if I wanted them to run it through the car wash again. I'm waiting to see if there is any improvement, but not happy about the incident. Update, when they brought my vehicle back from the wash, I got into my car and then noticed my key was not on the console where I left it when I returned for the 2nd car wash. They said that their policy was not to take the key from the vehicle and made it seem like I lost the key. They also said they were going to check the video footage to see if the keys were there when I left it the 2nd time. The dashboard stated 'no key detected' so I knew I didn't have it. Spent time looking in the vehicle and emptied my purse although I knew I didn't have it. They radioed Paco and he had the key in his pocket. They gave me my key back, but I spent almost an hour and a half here just to get my car washed when it wasn't even busy. I also didn't appreciate that they seemed to blame me for the missing key. They also didn't vacuum the car like they said they would. Anyhow, I will think twice before returning to this location due to my experience today.

The inside of my door was damaged the first time I was told to pick it up, my vehicle was absolutely filthy on all the trim AND the paint job was horrendous. I only had a few dents on the driver side and a scratched rim and it took 2 months to get it looking okay again. I still plan on going back a third time because the bumper has detached in the corner once again. If I could go somewhere else I would 100% but unfortunately this repair was under warranty and the accident was not my fault.
