I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Brian Matthews as he is extremely kind, considerate,…read morethoughtful, and efficient in the way he converses with his customers. He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). All I can say is that he treats his potential clients with care like a concerned family friend and explains the pricing in a reasonable way. I will definitely be choosing him in the future.

Five Stars Isn't Enough for Eric Peterson! I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. The service was at a highly secure and challenging location--one that seemed impossible for others, but proved to be no challenge at all for Eric. The level of efficiency, speed, and sheer professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. Beyond his incredible skills and hustle, Eric is just a genuinely great person to work with--communicative, trustworthy, and deeply dedicated. He took a high-stress situation and completely turned it around overnight. I cannot recommend Eric Peterson highly enough. If you want results instead of excuses, he is your guy! I will be sure to use him if ever needed down the road.

To that end, I've worked with Paul on several litigation proceedings in the past two years. Those proceedings included everything from identity trace to banking search to full fledged real estate holdings investigation. In all instances, Paul's team delivered more than expected and in an expeditious manner. Their performance was consistently above and beyond what was asked at the outset, being able to work with little material to start, and making significant headway out of it. I can't thank Paul enough. Overall, Paul's rates are more than reasonable. His investigative packages are well thought out but can also be tailored to à la carte configuration needs, as well. I don't know that I trust what all happened with ACL Private Investigations and would not recommend…read moretheir service to a friend. The 'search' took way too long and a part of me felt as though the investigator/owner may have been playing both sides for his own financial benefit. In my line of work, I'm expected to dig until the truth presents itself, by the evidence found. So, based on the communication style, type, timeliness (or rather delay), etc. and then, of course, not finding what I suspected, all lead to my skepticism as to whether or not this investigator is on the on the money or on the take. I feel that with everything that I witnessed from ACL, I could not honorably (Who uses that term anymore?) recommend this so-called agency to a friend...maybe to an enemy... I still ended up paying for what I believe was a collusion setup that aided my rival and more than likely resulted in a charge to that party too, for ACL's 'findings.'
