There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.

Three very simple tips later and only 15 minutes into my first lesson, Frank had me hitting straighter and more consistently than I ever have. Had lesson #3 today and cannot believe the results. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner and instead spending the last year and a half on YouTube videos, endless hours at the range on my own and multiple rounds just getting more frustrated. In addition to being an amazing teacher and coach, Frank is just a great guy and fun to spend time with. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. I had purchased a golf gift certificate for my husband towards the end…read moreof last May for Father's day. He, unfortunately, had to have unexpected life-threatening surgery and was out of commission for a bit due to this. I reached out to RJ this week since he was the instructor listed on the gift certificate to see when we can schedule golf lessons and then I received a call from Gil asking why I was reaching out to RJ and what he had to do with any of this. He hardly gave me a chance to speak and then he said that the gift certificate is expired and that RJ and Gil have retired. He didn't even give me a chance to explain what had happened or suggest whether there was anyone else that could provide the lessons. He then hung up in a hurry stating the certificate is expired and that he only provided service from November - April anyway. Maybe in upcoming November he can do something for us is what he suggested. Very poor, disappointing service. He seemed to have enough time on his hands last May when it came to accepting my $210 for the gift certificate. If he was kind, empathetic, and allowed me a moment to speak, I would understand his point. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the rest of the golf community is not as cut-throat as this group.

In his garage you have the simulator to hit onto. It's a great location now with the summer heat. But it's always good to go outside at the driving range. I have been an high handicap golfer for the past 15 years. At 52 yrs old, I had to make a decision to see if I really want to improve my game. It's been interesting, I knew my game would get worst before I start seeing improvement. And I was correct! However, whats keeping me going is that I am starting to see shots I haven't done before. I'm also starting to understand what exactly he wants me to do. Shane is a great instructor, he's very easy to understand, and very easy to talk to. Good thing it was a reverse commute. When I noticed it was Troon affiliated course I ran into the pro shop to ask about it. Because it was booked through a third party I was unable to get credit. The weather cooperated this past Friday, and we were able to drive the golf carts throughout the course. The golf cart contained a ball washer. And ice in the cooler. And a golf towel. Also GPS and USB. If you drive too close to the green the cart freezes up. You need to put it in reverse and back away. The front nine was nice and easy. The back nine more challenging as there were more hazards. The marshal did a good job of keeping everyone on pace.

There is a parking garage available, but it does require payment. We also noticed an additional open lot next to the garage where you can park for free; however, it is gated and the surface is mostly dirt and rocks, so just something to keep in mind. One thing we didn't come across was a public restroom, so it's unclear where the nearest one is located. Overall, it's a great area to visit and enjoy events. My only suggestion would be to add more parking options or provide a designated free parking area for visitors, so not everyone has to pay for parking.

Most people don't realize you could grab a day pass for around $15 (family pass is like $25), which is such a good deal for everything you get. Memberships start @$35. They've got all the essentials--gym, group x classes, pools, basketball court, lockers, showers. Nothing fancy at all but everything you actually need.They also offer sponsorships for those in need . Kinda a " no one gets turned away " philosophy. The staff here were also great. I was greeted right away, did a quick waiver, and they gave me a full tour without rushing it. Answered all my questions and made it really easy to feel comfortable walking in as a first-timer& Overall just a really easy, no-pressure environment. Definitely coming back to actually get a workout in next time.

I'm not sure the "teacher" has any sort of special training; actually i don't think I ever even saw the teacher or had any feedback from him/her(?) in the 4 months we attended. During this time I saw no change in skill or ability from this class. He didn't particularly enjoy it either. It seemed that the front desk assistant frequently taught the class which started late and ended early regularly. My son benefited from the Young Rembrandt's program at his school more than this program and YR, for the most part, just taught him how to shade. So the bar wasn't set extremely high. This school also requires a registration fee ($60) to even try any of the classes and also requires a credit card on file which they cannot update except in person. There isn't any online account management.. They don't allow for over the phone changes and their withdrawal policy is also very strict so we ended up paying for a month we didn't want. They also sent my credit card information entire number, expiration date, ccv code, address and full name (!) in clear text VIA EMAIL unencrypted which is very very horrendous security policy for a company who requires this information be provided. They are not obviously not PCI compliant so I'd be wary of providing them this information. They aren't particularly nice or friendly either. We won't be back.

I witnessed multiple children putting toys in their mouths (which is totally normal for kids), but what was concerning was that those same toys were often placed right back into shared play areas. While I later learned there is a designated bin for toys that have been in kids' mouths, this wasn't communicated upfront, and I didn't see it being consistently used or enforced. There also seemed to be inconsistency when it came to staff involvement. Across my two visits, I did see some staff members actively cleaning up and returning toys to their proper places, which I appreciated. However, I also observed others simply picking up toys and dropping them into corners of the rooms without any real organization or sanitizing. I completely understand that keeping up with kids is a challenge--I'm a parent too--but that's where consistent staff engagement becomes really important. Another issue was the level of parental supervision. Many parents were on their phones while their kids played freely. Again, that's ultimately a parenting responsibility, but in a shared environment like this, it contributes to the overall hygiene and safety concerns. I also want to mention that I found the staff presentation a bit unprofessional, which added to the overall impression that things weren't being closely managed. To be fair, you do sign a waiver regarding illness, and I understand that no play space can be completely germ-free. However, I did end up contracting chickenpox exactly 10 days after visiting, which makes me seriously question the effectiveness of their cleaning and sanitizing practices. Overall, this place is incredibly cute and full of potential. With more consistent staff involvement, clearer communication, better sanitization systems, and encouragement for parents to stay engaged, it could be an amazing environment. Right now, though, it falls short of what it could and should be.
