Update: 1/23 I called the salon today after being told to reach out based on the response to the review I previously left. I spoke with who I'm assuming was the manager (a woman), but she stated she didn't know what I was referring to. I then explained that it hasn't even been a week and the acrylic has already chipped & my gel polish on the index finger. This was my FIRST fill-in after receiving a new full set earlier this month at another nail establishment. Instead of listening to my concerns, the conversation became argumentative. She repeatedly went back and forth with me about what services I had done there, which I am fully aware of. I only came here for the fill-in because my usual nail tech was booked. She then told me it would be a $5 repair charge. I continued to explain my concern, but it was clear the conversation wasn't going anywhere. Had a appointment and was able to sit down soon as I got there. I am in the military so I wanted something that looked natural. Cherry suggested the natural color and it looked really good. I don't get manicures often but now I think that I can. I had a guy and he did a good job with everything. Probably one of the best ones I've had before. I went to Trendy with my daughter to spend some time with her before we moved her to college. Made an appointment and still waited an hour for service. I overlooked that b/c I understand things get backed up sometimes. We choose the deluxe and the nail tech asked what smell we wanted. I asked for Orange Papaya and my daughter Lavender. My daughter's tech brought back the correct smell and mine brought back Lavender. Again I wasn't going to fuss b/c I like lavender as well. She sped through the pedicure, even had a timer set and when she felt like she was done she reached over and turned the knob on the timer to make it go off. I asked for a sunflower design on my big toe, she looked at another lady beside her and then told me she was going to do it. The 2nd lady sat down and started painting my toe without even asking for a picture. When I showed her the picture she waved it away and said "I do different flower for you like I want." Then turned to the original tech and started laughing and talking to her then looked back at me. The design was horrible. I went in to have a polish change on my toes for a wedding that I'm in and the nail lady cut my toe til it bled. I came yesterday to get a fill in on my nails with a design. I paid $60 for a fill-in And came back the next day because my nails literally look like my five-year-old daughter had did them. They then proceeded to charge me 30 more additional dollars for them to fix my nails when I just asked for a nude color. There were rough spots at the top of the nail and the underside was not filed down as there were still spots that were sharp underneath. I had an overall good experience during my salon visit, however it does not take much to realize when a nail salon is using MMA on your nails (which is illegal). I tried to remove my gel acrylics with acetone but they just became gummy and sticky. I jammed one of them and it took my whole nail with it. Took my 3 year old daughter here this past Saturday. I paid for her to get gel nail on her fingers and toes. I paid $40 for her her toes and $20 for her hands. I got a basic pedicure with gel nail polish for $30. I don't understand how I spent more money on her toes then my own and she did not give get to dip her toes in the water. Not to mention all her polish has come off already 5 days later. If you do gel polish right. It should last 2 weeks. Waste of money. Mark, the tech ignored me. I proceed to pay my $50 and walk out. Well when I got home I checked out my finger and it was white and still burning something serious. It has only progressively gotten worse and now is a huge, hard rock blister from a chemical burn on my finger. There is nothing they will do! I will NEVER go back! I came and had my nails done Last Saturday. On Sunday one of my Sns nails cracked. I came back and they fixed the nail. They checked the other nails and ensured there was nothing wrong with them. The next day I noticed a nail had a crack across the top. I specifically said " this has never happened before could it be the sns powder?" The Manager said no it's your nail. I asked if we remove this sns and we notice my nail is not cracked would I have to pay. She said she was going to charge me $5. When she removed the sns we found there was no crack on my nail in which she had indicated. It is now a WEEK later and the two nails that she fixed have a crack across the top of the nail AGAIN. Mind you, she placed a tip on the nail because she said it was "my nails." Sns polish is not supposed to crack. The Manager should have taken my question of the powder being flawed into consideration. She proceeded to want to charge me for something in regards to the type of sns powder. Sns nails are supposed to last longer than 2 days. I wish I could post a picture of the cracked line going across the top of my two nails. This makes absolutely No Sense. The nail techs are awesome but when a paying customer mentions that something may be wrong with the sns powder the manager should listen rather than trying to charger for a faulty product. From one set of nails I have had to get 2 fixed and within a week the two I got fixed need to now be fixed again. Based of the principle of this situation, and the over investment of my TIME, I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this location until they have a change in management. read more

Horrible customer service, rude. No ventilation! ugh I went in to get a chrome color palate that I saw there previously, they said we don't have it. I saw it there the previous week when I got my brows done. They insisted that I did not see it there. So I was picking out another color, I had at least 3 people rush me to find a color! They did both a mani/pedi at same time and the chemicals were overwhelming. I asked if they could turn on a fan, they said we do not have a fan! All the while I see a small fan sitting on the counter! In the meantime, after my polish was put on, they found the color palate that I was looking for. I have had my nails Gel polished about 5 or 6 times at another place & never had a break & my nails felt stronger- so far I've broken 1 nail completely off & 2 that are cracked at the quick, these are my REAL nails. Maybe this is because it is thicker at the bottom or bed of the nail than the tip. The pedicure was nowhere near what I expected, it was like they were scared to touch me, hardly any pressure & still rough heels & didn't even look like anything was done but polish (great job on the polish tho! 5 stars). Not at all worth $50!!! I paid $40 for the above "add-ons" (which would've been nice to have a little warning on price) with removal & application of Gel polish. By far the highest I've ever paid & didn't even get a manicure. I'm still a little appalled that they placed the Gel light lamp in my lap atop of several towels to do my nails? $90 down the drain. *The only positive thing: of the 3 different people I had working on me is the lady that did my toes & painted the design on my 2 fingers, was very friendly & very talented with my designs, beautiful! Absolutely terrible!! I came in for a fill in because my reg nail tech cancelled my appt due to an emergency and I was going out of town the next morning. The young lady didn't file my nails to freshen up the shape. After applying the acrylic for my fill in she barely used the drill to smooth the top. So my nails were thick in the cuticle area and lumpy. When I showed her the lumps, she tried to fix it by applying extra layers of polish!!!! The tech doing my hair never told me her name so I will call her the lady with purple hair and purple eyeglasses. When she finished using the drill on my nails I asked her to check my hands please. So many nails were lifting a little and she didn't want to use the nail clippers. I told her I don't want water getting under my nails and to clip It. She did. Ladies that's how you get fungus nails. There was acrylic still hanging off my nails and you could see my real nails underneath. She began talking in a foreign language and pointing to my nails I know they were talking about. Because I got glitter nail polish k asked her to add another coat to fill in the empty spaces she began yelling and said she can't. I was so pleased with Victor and Trendy Nail! I had the indulgent chocolate pedicure and I will definitely come back for it the next time I'm in town. The smell of the chocolate candle wax and the silky feel of paraffin...topped off with a delicious chocolate strawberry martini. Just fantastic. The manicures are all done at a bar, very trendy. Lysa is horrible she needs her attitude checked immediately. Very disgusting attitude and for some reason acts as if she is bad. She is very rude to her employees and rude to customers. One lady sweet as pie I won't say her name. She felt so horrible she literally rubbed and held my hand she felt how bad I was shaking. Pedicures have always been heaven but as far as a NAIL salon, most of the employees are rude and genuinely don't care what you want. The younger employers do try, but their color samples are years old and totally different than what you get.
