As I am in the middle of getting my nails done I mention that I have the groupon and the nail tech Chanel and she informs me that I cannot use that groupon since I bought one and used it in the past....Are you kidding me? You are in the middle of doing my nails!! For quality customer service I would have expected her to say something along the lines of "I can except it this time but for next time..." I would have been fine with that. If I am not allowed to use the groupon then why was it available for purchase again? That is the companies problem and not mine.

It's a far drive for me but I drive a lot anyway and as long as I can manage a vacation day when I see her at least for coloring I can continue to come back to her. The first time she did my hair she did a shaggy bob and recolored it for me. She didn't want to damage my hair so much so she went with a purple color, my hair goes back and forth between pink and purple depending on the level of fading. On my most recent visit yesterday she did a longer pixie because I was debating back and forth between keeping the shaggy bob or going with a pixie. I love the longer pixie and may end up keeping it at least for a few months. Kaitlyn is awesome with hair. She's only at the salon currently on a part time basis, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I loved what she's done so far during both of my visits and definitely recommend booking with her if you come to Shear Imagination.

I then called to speak to someone about this and why it washed out so fast. The lady who answered informed me that i should have been given a care packet regarding how to care for my hair and I never did. I was also told they don't guarantee hair color and asked how long it has been. Once I informed the lady it was 3 week after she then said they only guarantee for 2 weeks. Don't understand how the story changed once I said how long it was. Then she continued to yell saying I got what I paid for and she isn't dealing with it then hung up one me. I attempted to call back and the manager refused to take my call and I was hung up on again. I will never go here again and am considering small claims court. I paid for purple highlights and I got blond plus an attitude and disregard for being a customer.
