My daughter went one time to have her hair chopped off because of thinning after having COVID. the style she came out with was shorter and so flattering not what she asked for it was SO MUCH BETTER l. Very over priced! I went in to dye my roots, as I was a platinum blonde and paid $200.00 for a SINGLE (not even a double process). I got my hair done at this salon and I was accidentally undercharged. I loved my stylist but can no longer go to this salon and support the owner. I have many friends who own businesses and they couldn't believe the way she represented herself and her business. As an owner she should have called to say I just wanted you to know you were undercharged, so the next time you come in it's going to be more money. No, she called and proceeded to tell me I was undercharged and ask me for the difference. She said she was willing to just take 1/2 but I said, "no I don't mind paying." It wasn't about the money at all, I want the stylist to get paid for her services since she did such a great job. However, it did make me uncomfortable that she called and asked me to pay the difference when it was a mistake made in the salon by her staff. The stylist who did my hair did an amazing job, but I felt the way the owner conducted herself was very unprofessional. read more

Shari is THE best!!! I had never gotten color before and my 50th is coming. Met her for a consult. She TRULY listened to me; my lifestyle (crazy!), my casual hairstyle (don't like styling day-to-day), and my overall personality. SHE NAILED IT! Could not have been any happier. In fact - my daughter wanted the new vivid color trend - right back to Shari! Again - she made suggestions, explained to my daughter how to care for it, asked MY DAUGHTER what she envisioned (OK'd it with me!) and VOILA! Another amazing cut and color. I went to Heather for a root touch up and gloss, blowout and eyebrow wax today. She was really sweet and did a beautiful job on everything and matched my color perfectly, which is the darkest brown almost black- sounds easy unless it turns out red which can happen. There is no red! It's gorgeous and shiny. Also worth noting I watched her do another woman's hair, blond with very pretty subtle highlights and long layers before me and it looked incredible. The salon is cozy and the energy laid back and friendly, I just moved to the area and I'm so happy I found my new salon! read more

You walk in a client and leave as a friend. The stylists are all extremely talented and up-to-date on all the latest hair trends. The owner, April, makes sure of it by scheduling fun, informative classes for her staff to learn the newest hair techniques. Whether it's color, a hair cut or an up-do for a special event - Bliss is my go too. I sent my aunt here for a blowout and she loved Nick. Not only did he make her look and feel amazing but they bonded over their love of Led Zeppelin. I usually go to Heather, Caitlyn or April. I need to rotate who I use because they're always booked out 3 months in advance. Thankfully, I follow them on Instagram @BlissSalon and they always post last minute cancellations - so I scoop up those appointments as much as I can. Honestly, I've alway felt like I wasn't as beautiful as all my other friends until I started going to Bliss. Heather even showed my how to do my eyebrows properly, which made a huge difference in my appearance and confidence. April is amazing!! She seriously works magic and cares about her clients and how they look. I don't know how she did it but a few days before my wedding in just a few hours she turned my orange, brassy, over processed hair into a beautiful butterscotch blonde that looked gorgeous in my wedding photos. By far the most satisfying salon experience I've ever had. My hair has never looked better and it looks exactly like the picture I brought with me, but better!!!! The styling products made my hair feel amazing! After seeing a few other finished products- I could see that these hairdressers really know what they're doing! I don't have pictures, and I normally do not add reviews but I am super serious about my hair and this place is wonderful! I have very long (down to my butt) very curly and thick hair, so most places are too scared to do my hair! I had a rough at-home bleach job done and didn't cut my hair for about 2 years or more because I was too nervous to have another situation where my hair is cut WAY shorter than I want, but this salon did above and beyond for my hair! The coloring is perfect and exactly what i wanted, it was trimmed perfectly, everyone was amazingly nice and I even had multiple people work on my hair to get it done in a super timely matter! I was of course a little shocked by the price but that's more because I had never had my done professionally done before (and I have A LOT of hair as I said before). I would highly recommend and will definitely only be going back to this salon!!! read more
