The stylist here are all wonderful. I have NEVER had a bad experienc. My daughter went one time to have her hair chopped off because of thinning after having COVID. the style she came out with was shorter and so flattering not what she asked for it was SO MUCH BETTER l. I have twice had my hair stripped and no damage. Love love this place read more

April is amazing! She did a full transformation of my hair I love it! I love this salon everyone is so nice and welcoming

Very over priced! I went in to dye my roots, as I was a platinum blonde and paid $200.00 for a SINGLE (not even a double process). I have never paid $200.00 for even a double process, so I was very disappointed. The $200.00 was for a single process (to cover my black roots), a wash - no treatments and no hair drying! read more

I've been going to Heather for about 2 years now and I cannot recommend her enough. She always not only achieves my vision but makes it come out even better than I had imagined!! She is AMAZING at balayage and easily the best hair cutter I've ever had. Since I've been going to Heather people will ask me where I get my hair done and by who. She is also so kind and thoughtful and I look forward to our salon chats!! Heather is the absolute best!! read more

Caitlyn is the best!!! She is a true hair artist. Bliss had 10 girls for hair and 6 for makeup and got it all done quickly and beautifully for my wedding. Heather did a great job on the makeup. My hair stayed put the whole night. read more

I got my hair done at this salon and I was accidentally undercharged. I loved my stylist but can no longer go to this salon and support the owner. I have many friends who own businesses and they couldn't believe the way she represented herself and her business. As an owner she should have called to say I just wanted you to know you were undercharged, so the next time you come in it's going to be more money. No, she called and proceeded to tell me I was undercharged and ask me for the difference. She said she was willing to just take 1/2 but I said, "no I don't mind paying." It wasn't about the money at all, I want the stylist to get paid for her services since she did such a great job. However, it did make me uncomfortable that she called and asked me to pay the difference when it was a mistake made in the salon by her staff. The stylist who did my hair did an amazing job, but I felt the way the owner conducted herself was very unprofessional. read more

Shari is THE best!!! I had never gotten color before and my 50th is coming. Met her for a consult. She TRULY listened to me; my lifestyle (crazy!), my casual hairstyle (don't like styling day-to-day), and my overall personality. SHE NAILED IT! Could not have been any happier. In fact - my daughter wanted the new vivid color trend - right back to Shari! Again - she made suggestions, explained to my daughter how to care for it, asked MY DAUGHTER what she envisioned (OK'd it with me!) and VOILA! Another amazing cut and color. Can't say enough! :) read more

Heather is my absolute go to for makeup! Every time I am in a wedding and she is there I will wait for her to be available . She always takes her time and listens to what you want done . I never have to worry when I am in her chair. 10/10 recommend !!!! read more

I went to Heather for a root touch up and gloss, blowout and eyebrow wax today. She was really sweet and did a beautiful job on everything and matched my color perfectly, which is the darkest brown almost black- sounds easy unless it turns out red which can happen. There is no red! It's gorgeous and shiny. Also worth noting I watched her do another woman's hair, blond with very pretty subtle highlights and long layers before me and it looked incredible. The salon is cozy and the energy laid back and friendly, I just moved to the area and I'm so happy I found my new salon! read more

This salon has gotten way too expensive. Prices don't warrant the service. Amanda was the only stylist I really liked (very talented) and she is no longer there. Time to find a new salon. read more

April has been cutting my hair for years now and always does an amazing job. The entire staff works very well together, the salon is always extremely clean and everyone seems to have a good time working. I was recently married and I took all of my groomsmen to get haircuts and we had an awesome time! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new stylist or colorist! read more

See all

You walk in a client and leave as a friend. The stylists are all extremely talented and up-to-date on all the latest hair trends. The owner, April, makes sure of it by scheduling fun, informative classes for her staff to learn the newest hair techniques. Whether it's color, a hair cut or an up-do for a special event - Bliss is my go too. I sent my aunt here for a blowout and she loved Nick. Not only did he make her look and feel amazing but they bonded over their love of Led Zeppelin. I usually go to Heather, Caitlyn or April. I need to rotate who I use because they're always booked out 3 months in advance. Thankfully, I follow them on Instagram @BlissSalon and they always post last minute cancellations - so I scoop up those appointments as much as I can. Honestly, I've alway felt like I wasn't as beautiful as all my other friends until I started going to Bliss. Heather even showed my how to do my eyebrows properly, which made a huge difference in my appearance and confidence. I've been going to Bliss for 10 years, including the year I lived in Florida - I actually flew back to have my hair done! Crazy? Maybe... but worth it. read more

I am in awe of these girls. They work as a well-oiled machine and are INCREDIBLY talented. Professional, on time, options and cost is clearly stated. These girls can do anything. Everyone with varying complexions, ideas in their heads and Instagram inspiration was thrilled with hair and make-up. We had girls with long thick, hair and thin, short hair...then there is my hair (kinky ringlets) and EVERYONE was happy and looked amazing! My sister and I won't go anywhere else! Thank you!!!! read more

April is amazing!! She seriously works magic and cares about her clients and how they look. I don't know how she did it but a few days before my wedding in just a few hours she turned my orange, brassy, over processed hair into a beautiful butterscotch blonde that looked gorgeous in my wedding photos. She saved my big day and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend April and all the other stylist @ Bliss salon. Everyone is so friendly and really make you feel beautiful. There wasn't one client that walked out of there that didn't look amazing and were extremely happy with their results. I've been searching for years for a stylist and my search is finally over. Thank you April, can't wait till my next appointment. XOXO read more

Bliss Salon - My hair looks silky the color is perfect. - Hair Salons Near Me - Rocky Point, New York

By far the most satisfying salon experience I've ever had. My hair has never looked better and it looks exactly like the picture I brought with me, but better!!!! The styling products made my hair feel amazing! After seeing a few other finished products- I could see that these hairdressers really know what they're doing! The salon is very clean with a positive, relaxing atmosphere and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I will DEFINITELY be back soon. read more

This place is great britney is great for cutting mens hair i dont know about womens but i went twice and im satisfied both times

I don't have pictures, and I normally do not add reviews but I am super serious about my hair and this place is wonderful! I have very long (down to my butt) very curly and thick hair, so most places are too scared to do my hair! I had a rough at-home bleach job done and didn't cut my hair for about 2 years or more because I was too nervous to have another situation where my hair is cut WAY shorter than I want, but this salon did above and beyond for my hair! The coloring is perfect and exactly what i wanted, it was trimmed perfectly, everyone was amazingly nice and I even had multiple people work on my hair to get it done in a super timely matter! I was of course a little shocked by the price but that's more because I had never had my done professionally done before (and I have A LOT of hair as I said before). I would highly recommend and will definitely only be going back to this salon!!! read more
