He was very kind and explained everything since this is my first monitored security service. Robert did the install and he was also amazingly knowledgeable and so very kind. He was considerate and finished the work quickly and took the time to show me how to use the system. I am so happy with the Protectus experience and I feel very relieved that they are monitoring my home. I could not have asked for better support. Highly recommend.

What I did not expect, however, was that I would receive products and service that exceeded my lofty expectations at an extremely competitive price. Nelson was transparent throughout the process and helped me select high-quality equipment that met my specific needs while staying within my budget. Nelson showed me how to use all of the features, but he also set up a number of parameters in advance based on our original discussion without requiring further input. Chase showed up for the initial assessment, and helped me make sense of camera placement, etc. When Chase showed up for the install, he was just as professional, and answered any additional questions I had. All I had to do was stay out of his way and let him work. He showed me everything I needed to know in terms of the camera app and made sure to walk with me to confirm camera views. When you send an email it goes to I don't know where but it doesn't get returned. I've succumb to leaving a review in hopes of them seeing this and maybe someone calling me back or responding to the review. They continually send an email asking if the quote to come out is accepted but you can't talk to anyone about that quote - even though I was able to talk to someone to get it, if you question it, I guess you get no one. I think I've left 3 messages and 2 emails now To say it is frustrating is an understatement.

After meeting with Brandon Parraway, I felt confident in his ability to deliver. WOW!!! did he ever deliver!!! I now have remote access via video to my office and my home on my cell phone I can control the temperature of those home and office and I can arm or disarm my alarm from my cell phone at any location. All of this for the same price that I was paying another company that is severely outdated. I also have PEACE of MIND with my Grandchildren who are at home with a Nanny during the day.
