Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

The woman named Alana charged me $5 for "Computer Rental"…read morefor 15 minutes, although I didn't use the computer (I emailed my file to have it printed) . And then $0.49 per page (the per page rate would've been fine) Basically it cost me $5.53 to print ONE PAGE. Go to Staples/FedEx or your local library instead. I only went through with it because it was urgent. Fedex charges $0.22 per page. my local library charged me $0.20. Staples I believe is a bit more but not nearly as expensive as this company.
