Once again, they did an outstanding job! They met with my insurance agent several times on site to present the damage and its relationship to recent storms. They installed a high quality roof (I upgraded to the premium shingle and received a homeowners insurance rebate and annual discount) and completed the job on time as scheduled. I am really glad that my insurance company recommended them. I highly recommend them! Here is the review I submitted for the first house in Colorado (in case you have not read it): I don't write reviews often. However, All Seasons Exteriors did such outstanding work on my roof replacement that I decided to share my experience with others. Here are the key facts: 1. All Seasons was recommended by my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. 2. I requested quotes from 3 companies. Two companies concluded that insurance would not cover the repair. All Seasons Exteriors felt that there was a 70% chance that insurance would cover it and recommended that I submit a claim. 3. All Seasons met with the claims adjuster and climbed up on the roof to show them the damage and helped the insurance company to prepare the claim. Some time lapsed and a different claims adjuster was assigned. All Seasons met with the new adjuster and repeated the process of submitting a claim. The claim was approved by insurance. 4. All Seasons met with me at my home to ensure that the roof color would match the house. They also helped me to select a shingle upgrade that would reduce my future homeowners insurance premiums. 5. The only payment that was required from me was my insurance deductible (plus a shingle upgrade that I decided to purchase). All Seasons waited until I received proceeds from the insurance company before final billing. There was a small difference in the final bill versus the insurance payment, and All Seasons absorbed this cost. 6. The resulting roof looks great and has an outstanding warranty! All Seasons has a great reputation for quality work with my insurance company (State Farm) and online. Evan and Jan were really great to work with. They explained everything along the way. Chris and Nate went toe-to-toe with a very difficult insurance company and shepherded us through an exhausting process to get our claim resolved (it ended up very much in our favor, thanks to these guys). Chris presented us with a tentative schedule, and managed to get the entire job finished exactly on time, and this was a complex job--siding, windows, garage door, and roof. The finished product looks fantastic, and Grayson was incredibly responsive throughout. Can't really recommend these guys enough.

A crew of about 10 men showed up at 7:30 a.m. and worked until dark for three days. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking great. Installation of the new siding was expertly and professionally done. The city inspector signed off on the permit without hesitation. Then E&M just stopped promising and no one ever came to check the gutter. I made it clear and I was home when someone was supposed to check it over, did not happen. They had the potential to receive 5 stars from me, but once paid, my concern about the gutter was never addressed. Maybe this report will get their attention as my calls never did. (Put a bucket out, put a hose out, can you be home?) I did all of these requests and no one came by.

The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.

Long story short, after 8 weeks of repeated delays, no shows, installation errors, excuses of employee shortages and material shortages, face to face meetings, text messages, and emails, the Site Manager (his uncle), announced the job was done. We met with Nate the following business day, walked through the errors with the siding and gutter work, the shoddy window installation and incomplete finish work. Nate agreed, thanked us for our patience and let us know that he would have a new team come to fix and complete the work. Nate/Pinnacle never returned. We attempted to communicate at the business address he advertises on 14th Ave, Lakewood, and the business is not there. After 16 weeks of waiting, we had to hire another company to uninstall then re-install the windows, and complete the project. We would NEVER recommend Nate Ellis or Pinnacle Home Exteriors for ANY JOB. This has been a homeowners nightmare! Our neighbors are still joking about "the guy living in our backyard, talking on his phone all day".
