We were greeted immediately after walking in by Matt, and told him what we were looking for. Inside of 30 minutes we were purchasing two new bicycles. Apparently, as soon as people started sheltering, the phone at this shop started ringing off the hook, and it hasn't stopped. Just recently they began getting moderately priced ($500-1K) bikes back in stock, and ordering specialty parts remains a challenge. Far as I can tell, it's all hands on deck; there were almost as many employees working the floor and shop at this location as there were customers, and the place was hopping. I came in for a quick tire repair and they finished the work in about three hours, impressive. I found the entire experience Covid-friendly, spaced and sanitized, and finally -- finally -- they updated their credit card system, a smooth transaction across the board. There's never been a better time to ride!

Recently I took a bike in for repair after the chain broke and damaged the bike. Broken chain, wheel needed to be repaired, broken shifter, brakes adjusted. New seat post and because they were unexpectedly closed on the day I was to pick it up, they fixed grinding in the wheel hubs at no cost. Shop hooked it up with an Alexrims DA22 and it goes perfectly with the retro look i have on the bike. Took about a week to get it diagnosed and replaced. And was only 20 bucks more than trying to "fix" a bent mavic wheel. I understand this is peak season for them. Shop is and always has been super professional. I found the cage. I also looked at a pair of biking glasses as I am in the market for some. The glasses where right next to the register with a few employees. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.
