I was completely shocked and outraged that they would COMPLETELY MAKE UP A REVIEW, especially since I am so unhappy with this company. I guess if they have to make up good reviews, they're clearly do bad work. A company that does satisfactory work gets real reviews - why not ask your customers to complete surveys or reviews. Blue Oak was the only landscape firm that would schedule us - the others said they would need to check and call back (they didn't). The Blue Oak crew showed up in force! They edged the beds, brought in new mulch and trimmed the hedges in front of our home. They were professional, courteous, and on time. After a day and a half (we have almost a full acre of landscaped space), they completed the work beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Blue Oak and have full confidence in Pete and his crews. They have a BBB A+ rating, responded to my inquiry, they were quick to schedule, they were on time, and they charged a very fair price. My only advice is to call any landscape company early in the year to get on their schedule for a spring clean-up.
