Before he started we chatted briefly about what my goals were and why I was interested in the audit. We came up with three goals and went from there. He tested the air quality of my home and did a blower door test. We found some surprising areas that was losing heat and were inefficient. He was helpful in ideas for quick home fixes to making a list of problem areas to focus on. I was pleased with the whole experience. I wouldn't have realized energy audits were a thing until I spoke with a co-worker who recently had one conducted. I am glad I got one done on my home. We needed our gutters cleaned plus all the corners joints leaked causing the gable's stucco to fall off. We had the Neff Company repair the stucco. They are excellent as well. I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

He responded promptly to my initial inquiry, provided a clear quote, and I was able to conveniently schedule via text for three weeks out. He confirmed the appointment the day prior and texted when he was en route the morning of -- great communication throughout. Keith was contracted to soft wash our two-level deck and house exterior. We have a lot of outdoor plantings and garden beds, and he took great care to protect all of them. He clearly wasn't rushing the job -- he took his time and went over the deck multiple times to make sure all the algae and mildew were fully removed. The results spoke for themselves.
