I have to say this is probably one of the best co-working space in the area, maybe even in San Diego (atleast out of the ones I've tried). It's a little hidden, you need to walk past the gym and head up the stairs to find the entrance. What really stood out to me is how big the space is. There's every kind of seating you can think of, including tables and chairs for small and big groups, high top tables, standing desks, comfortable couches to chill, even couches with tables! There are a lot of tables inside and outside. I ordered a latte which was good and an avocado toast which was a little disappointing because it was cold, like refrigerated cold, not just room temperature which I wasn't expecting. I wish they had mentioned that upfront, I would have chosen something else. But overall I would come back here for their amazing space.

Okay this spot has turned into a spot I really enjoy going to when I have a lot of work to get done. It is a total hub for those that are wanting to work or study and is honestly a really relaxing place to be because everyone is always head down in a book or laptop so it is quiet. I love the variety of the little shop they have to grab a quick snack or drink as well as the cafe area with coffee and tea and then also a bar that has some tasty bites and drinks to enjoy as well. I wish they did not close at 6pm but I also get that being in Sorrento Valley they probably really die down after 6pm. They also have a great patio space with cozy seating!

This place is a hidden gem! We came with a friend for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and excellent service. There is an area where you can stay and work with your laptop and then they have a different section where computers are not allowed. Great idea to have separate areas. The food was delicious. Loved the modern and chic interior design.

This is one of my new top cafes in San Diego! The vibes are immaculate. It's spacious, aesthetic, well designed with high ceilings, plenty of seating, natural light, and outlets. It's the perfect place to stop by for lunch or get work done as there's some background sound but nothing super loud. They have a dining only section and another section where you can pull out your laptop. There's a mixture of tables, couches, etc. not to mention outdoor seating. I'm in love with the space! The food is decent and could be a bit better in my honest opinion which is the only reason I took off a star. I had a Mediterranean bowl and the rice was pretty dry and was in chunks, and some of the ingredients felt a bit overpowering. My friend who got the fries said they were a bit too salty. Service was very kind and friendly though. All to say, I would happily come work here and grab a drink or a bite!

Such an elite spot to study or get work done. They have beautiful crafted lattes or bites to order. I got the smash burger, a lil pricey but so delicious. Plenty space outdoors or indoors to sit. If you're done studying, a bar to grab drinks. Everything just looks so beautiful and modern all around. Only thing I was not happy with was when my friend had water and a snack she brought with her, the server asked her to get rid of it since they don't allow outside drinks/foods. Literally our whole table had ordered over $50 in food/drinks. That was a bit unnecessary, especially people may have dietary restrictions.

I'm so glad I found this place. The inside is very expansive and there are plenty of comfortable seating. The service is also very quick and professional. Would recommend their assortment of fruit juices (it comes with one free refill). This is a great spot to study or catch up with a friend.

Space is perfect, nice ambiance, always clean, but it could get crowded sometimes! hoping for a better food and coffee options.

Beautiful outdoor seatings. Inside high beams wood structure. Arrived at 11:45AM on a Thursday. Didn't see any inside seatings for our group of 10 people. The server opened the outside seatings for us. It was very pleasant to sit outdoor. Very comfortable, calm, and relaxing. Highly recommend for happy hours as well!

5 star for the atmosphere and fresh food. This is right placed in Sorrento Valley hidden between tech giants like Qualcomm. The place is very modern and welcoming. This place have super high ceiling and hence allow lot of Natural Light. plenty of indoor seating, as well as outdoor patio with tables, seating, and couches. I see lot of happy hours and team lunch and dinner from the companies around. Also It also o making it a popular spot for remote workers and meetings. Food is amazingly fresh, I tried poke salad and other team members tried burgers and sandwiches They also gave coffee with Cafe Moto beans and beer. What else you need. They have great varieties of breakfast specialties like Breakfast Burrito, Kimchi Egg and Avocado Toast. My fav Lunch items are SWagyu Smash Burger, Green Chile Smash Burger, Ahi Tuna Burger, and poke salad bowl. They also serve pizza by the slice. Go and give a try and let me know what you think

Don't really care about the food or drinks. Parked on the street. This is a gorgeous space. High ceilings, natural light, good view. good wifi. This is one of those ideal working spots.

Came back again a second time and had the bar bites. Staff were super accommodating and checked in often. Tried a lot of their food and it was all good. Had a beer and also their Treehouse sunrise non-alcoholic refresher. We sat at an outside table and the ambience was just really nice with options of tables and couches. Free garage parking. Definitely an easy after work happy hour place to meet up.

The best place to work or study! The space is massive and so much seating. I ended up sitting at the bar, but they also has a counter where you can order appetizers, burgers, salads and more. They offer a full coffee bar and my iced toffee crunch latte was delicious, as was my matcha latte. My friend, Hannah, and I shared brussel sprouts and chicken tenders. Everything tasted great! The ambiance is really the selling point of this place. It's calm even when it's busy because there's so much open space! Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

Met a friend here for lunch....it was the first visit for each of us. Place is super cool, spacious co-working space. Super large with nice big patio with a lot of comfortable seating. The inside has a snack bar and they have a bar and serve food as well. I had the Mediterranean bowl and enjoyed it. Small menu but nice selections. Basically you walk up to order and they call you when it's ready so not a ton of service but they are attentive when you need anything. I plan on going again....great place to eat and get some work done.

Lol, just go there and ask, your funny asking that, why? there's lot os students studying in there.

I don't think so, it is a Bio Sciences facility, so I think animals are not allowed.

I told my friend the food was worth the wait. After an hour we got sat at the bar and our first server was friendly. There was a transition of servers (not sure if he left for the day or went on lunch) and the new server would check on everyone at the bar except us. My water remained empty for most of the meal. The bartenders in front of us were clearly having a conversation and I didn't want to interrupt. My friend claimed her Irish coffee was sour? And didn't realize cheese came on a side of eggs (she should've checked when she ordered but the server never clarified either). We weren't checked on during the meal until the bill came and by then we just wanted to leave. I ordered the fluffy pancakes and found an egg shell inside. The cracking of eggshells in my mouth made me loose my appetite. We paid (still tipped of course) and left. It was great the first time and mediocre the second time. I prefer consistently in service, especially if I'm waiting an hour to be seated.

Cramped and loud, but nicely decorated and serving solid authentic meals. Mexican Latte-9/10: Pretty straightforward. A solid, nostalgic spiced coffee. Mazapan Latte-10/10: A novelty menu item, both nostalgic and tasty. With a sweetened condensed milk rim and mazapan dust, this sweet coffee is a must order. Chilaquiles-10/10: Cocina 35 knows how to throw down the best Mexican breakfast item: the chilaquiles. The Verde was good but didn't pack much heat. The Salsa Secreta was our favorite; a creamy 3-chile salsa with an artichoke flavor, this one packs an enjoyable amount of heat. The Chipotle was another yummy and creamy option, making your nose run but still very enjoyable. Frijoles Puercos-7/10: They were pretty standard. I've definitely had better. They served their purpose as a good side. Concha Rellena-7.5/10: Another creative menu item. Whipped cream and whole strawberries sandwiched between two french toast-style concha halves and drenched in cajeta. It was sweet and warm, but would've been more enjoyable with fresher and/or sliced strawberries. Fun to order, but a regular concha is better suited for enjoying with your coffee. Service-6/10: Again, Cocina 35 gets packed, so service isn't as attentive. Our party had to order and wait for water, ask for refills, call the server over for more orders and again for the bill, and wouldn't speak to us in Spanish. I witnessed other tables be spoken to in Spanish, but upon ordering I'd only be responded to in English. I know I'm a white Mexican, but native tongue is nice when I make it clear I'd like to order in Spanish. Overall, a fun spot with solid menu items. The samplers are pricey but probably the best bang for your buck. They do the classics very well, and are very much worth your visit!

"Over medium" eggs came barely cooked, still had clear egg gel floating around. The table next to us had the same issue. The fried chicken, which is beautiful looking, was strangely flavorless. Another table was also talking about this issue. Bacon was way overcooked as well. I also really dislike when food timing for a table is way off. I rather it stay in the kitchen under a heat lamp and come together rather that spend 5 minutes staring at my food being polite. So, for a fun "wow that's a ton of food" experience this is it. But I much prefer quality ingredients and attention to detail and flavor over unfinishable portions at a premium price point ($100 after tip for 2 ppl).
