The second job was much more complex as it required multiple tall trees being removed from our backyard. Isai visited twice (at no charge) to confirm his estimate was accurate. The work had to be delayed due to poor weather conditions, but Isai remembered us and reached back out when the conditions were favorable. On the day the work was to be performed, he and his team showed up on time and were fully prepared for the day. They all worked diligently and professionally. It was very evident that the entire team truly enjoys their work and interacting together. Every time a large tree hit the ground, it was followed by a cheer from the team! They thoroughly evaluated how to safely cut down each tree without posing any risk to the staff or our property. Once work was completed, everything was cleaned up perfectly. I hired Tree Man Services to remove a large birch tree from my front yard along with other tree trimming elsewhere in the yard and stump removal in several places. I found them willing to work with me on reasonable pricing and was able to schedule service within a week -- even during the holidays. Their work was beyond stellar. The birch was very large and surrounded by delicate plantings and my neighbor's trees. Watching them take it down piece by piece without damaging anything was like watching an artist at work. Clearly they hire highly skilled individuals who know how to work with difficult removals. The other large tree had branches were in the stratosphere and they had no problem managing the work. Fantastic crew! I contacted Isaí for a quote to remove a decaying red oak tree that was in a difficult location. The tree was close to our house, garage and had a paver patio around 3/4 of the tree. Isaí explained everything that needed to be done which included taking down a section of fence, for a Bobcat to drive in, and removing a second smaller tree next to our red oak. The crew arrived on time and they promptly went to work. They spent a total of 6 hours on the job (others quoted us 2 full days!), that included grinding the stumps, putting the fence back together, cutting the logs up into manageable sizes and clean up the work site. All services quick and efficient, 10 pines, 1 maple, 1 Bradford pear tree removed. Quote was very reasonable for the average in area. The only company to contact me after requesting a quote the same day, talked through the original 5 trees I really wanted gone and mentioned that I wanted all the trees removed and the owner gave me a price I could not refuse.
