He explained what was going on and offered a few options with an assessment of how likely they would be to save the tree. Unfortunately the high heat and dry weather stressed this tree enough to attract Ambrosia beetles. They had infested the tree. It was only a matter of weeks before it completely died. Decided to have them remove the tree and grind the stump. Stuart gave me a quote immediately and was able to have a team out the next day. Guys show up a little early, super professional. Got the job done and cleaned up in abounds hour. If the tree can be saved they will. If not, they can remove it before it becomes a problem. Highly recommended.

TLDR: These guys do great work, go above and beyond with cleanup (see before and after yard photos…read morebelow), communicate throughout the process, and have super reasonable prices. If you've got tree business to be done, make sure you include them in the estimates you get. When a tropical storm rolled through a month and a half ago, we had a giant branch down in our back yard that needed to be removed. We got quotes from about 4-5 local tree service businesses to remove the branch and then to do some pruning of trees with branches hanging over our roof. The guys at TreeWise were very open about how they were not only pretty backed up, but also may not end up being the cheapest because they are fully insured and don't cut corners. Of all the estimates we received, they were actually the second cheapest. On the estimate, they took a look around the yard and gave us options for prices according to what we would get done. The first option was just the downed branch removal and pruning from 3 trees, the second option included that plus the removal of another tree in the yard that was partially uprooted, the third option included the first two options plus the removal of a large tree that was tipped toward the house. Of course, had we gone with the third option, they offered a $500 discount, which was great, but we just weren't in a position to have the work done (with all of this, they were again about the 2nd most affordable). We decided on TreeWise when we received the quote via email, very professionally laid out, along with proof of insurance, which is more than we received from any of the other companies, so we were sold. They didn't give us a date on when the work would be done, since they weren't quite sure, but the downed tree wasn't going anywhere haha. They called a couple days before Thanksgiving and let us know that while they had planned to be there the next day, they would be out on Monday due to the holiday; this was no big deal for us. The day they came out, there was a little confusion about what the job would include, and I was on my way out so was unable to spend a lot of time reviewing the quote again. The guys finished up in about a half day, and we were so impressed at the level of cleanup they included...not only did they remove the tree, but they also used a leaf blower on our whole yard, which had leaves piled up from the few weeks before (see photos)! Honestly, the aesthetics of the yard without the branch for a very reasonable price made us feel so great about choosing them. We received a link to pay (they also accept personal check) via email later that evening. However, we noticed that the crew forgot about one of the trees to be pruned. The guys came back a few days later to get the couple branches on that tree without issue. Will definitely use TreeWise when we're ready to get the big tree removed, and I would recommend them to anyone.

A couple weeks ago, we had a tornado come through, and we ended up having 16+ trees come down on our property. We were devastated. One of the trees fell directly on our house onto our front porch, and the others landed in our driveway, completely blocking entry and exit access for us. After calling a couple local companies, no one was willing to come out and look at it for at least a couple of weeks, and another company wanted to charge us $30k+ just to use a crane for removal of just the ONE tree on the house. I am pregnant and felt completely overwhelmed and worried for our safety. The front porch was beginning to make popping noises because of the weight of the tree, and I knew I had to get someone out to help us soon. I grew up in Cumming, GA and knew 770 Bam was a very reputable company. I called Robert up on Friday afternoon and told him my situation, and the very next day, Saturday, he was at our house analyzing the job with two other guys. Again... our house is 4.5 hour drive from Cumming, GA and they had no qualms about making the trip out here to help me out. On Sunday morning, he had a full team assembled to tackle the job. He had numerous trucks, chippers, a crane, and at least 12 guys onsite for us. It was a huge job for them, but they didn't skip a beat. If you need any sort of tree work done on your house, PLEASE do yourself a favor and call on 770 Bam. Their attention to detail and willingness to always put their customer's safety first and foremost is something that is hard to find these days. We are customers for life! :)

A neighbor had used them for a few tree removal services, so I thought I would give them a shot. They came by my house in Smyrna, Georgia and started working immediately. The very professional part about their tree removal business was they were dressed in uniform with the company logo, you could tell everyone liked their boss. Polo was very clear about which trees and stumps they were going to grind and actually went even above and beyond with his service. I didn't realize tree removal needed such heavy machinery such as a Bobcat and a chipper, which Polo brought both. For all this he quoted me a very fair price competitive with all of his competition. The best part of all was they left the yard spotless, picked up extra branches and pieces of wood and left the place looking better than it did when the tree was there! I will definitely use 3-G trees again for any more large old trees that need to be removed at my Atlanta houses!

I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.
