They have wonderful brochures, folders, websites, and social media posts. I can give: 5 Stars- Marketing and Advertising 5 Stars on hiring a great concrete company to pour driveway and patio. Although Korbin bought 3000psi concrete instead of the promised 4000psi concrete. (I let that slide). 3 Stars on actual labor (when they showed up). For just 2 guys with a mini-skid steer and a shovel, they work well together. 1 Star on sticking to design. Korbin made changes without notification nor approval. 1 Star on communication. I was never notified about which day or what time they would work. They were No Shows on the best weather days. 1 Star on completion time frame. A week job took a month. Rain did add a few days but sunny days were missed also. 1 Star on staying within agreed upon price. Not until the last hour of the month-long project was I informed that they wanted an additional $1200. Then they decided it wasn't $1200 it was only $660 more. 1 Star on business etiquette. After agreeing to only up charge $575 instead of $660, Korbin lost his temper when I would not sign his multiple "company protocol" legal documents stating that my dormant brown sod is green. 1 Star on clean up. Piles of sand and gravel left in street in front of neighbor's house. Brick pavers (mashed into the ground while backing their trailer) were not fixed. 5 Stars on excuses. I was told by Korbin that they have charged over $3000 on previous jobs without approval and the homeowners never complain. This turned out to not be the small business experience that was expected.
