I have mixed feelings about this company and will point out the pros and cons. They were the lowest bid by $45 and are located near my home. I went with them for this reason. They responded and came out to quote the job within 24 hours. I was told I needed to put down 50% up front, which I think is fair. They arranged for me to be able to pay via PayPal at my request. The invoice sent was for 100% of the job. I payed it all and crossed my fingers. They called to have my utilities marked and by the end of the week the tree was down and hauled away. They didn't leave a mark in the yard. It was amazing! However, I had to wait 3 weeks more before the stump was removed. The stump grinder left a bit of a mess, but I filled the hole back in myself. It seemed to me that this could have been done quicker but they did do a great job. If the project were done in 2 weeks I would have given 5 stars.
