Super frustrating. And honestly, enough time had passed that we couldn't remember where the sprinkler lines were laid, etc. So basically the Dicava crew was coming in blind. In what seemed like just a matter of about 10 mins, they had zeroed in on the problem and got to work on repairing it. I wasn't blown away. I thought it was going to be a huge big production to figure this out. But these guys are THE SPRINKLER WHISPERERS. I swear they are. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the work they did. Tell everyone you know. These guys are the best.

I received a text message at 10:02 stating they would be arriving within roughly 40 minutes. Roughly 90 minutes later no one had showed up and I reached out to the office to inquire on timing and was told to disregard the ETA the technician was finishing up a stop and then headed my way. At 2:23, mind you after my arrival window, I reached out and said since our 4 hour window was up assumed the technician wasn't coming to which they responded an hour later (now at 3:17) stating the technician was en route. If you as a company cannot respond to potential customers appropriately how do you expect to gain customers?

The weeds in the yard and beds got out of control and although they would bill my credit card for extra treatments, the weeds continued. The gal in the office never apologized but always said they'd take care of it and blamed this past year on Covid. Plenty of pictures were emailed to them so they could see how bad things had become. The mowers always knocked off my gutter extensions and I would have to reconnect them every week. Our back yard probably isn't salvageable so we'll have to replant sod, etc. They even blew off packages from our front porch than landed in the shrubbery. That was the last straw. I have mixed feelings about this company and will point out the pros and cons. They were the lowest bid by $45 and are located near my home. I went with them for this reason. They responded and came out to quote the job within 24 hours. I was told I needed to put down 50% up front, which I think is fair. They arranged for me to be able to pay via PayPal at my request. The invoice sent was for 100% of the job. I payed it all and crossed my fingers. They called to have my utilities marked and by the end of the week the tree was down and hauled away. They didn't leave a mark in the yard. It was amazing! However, I had to wait 3 weeks more before the stump was removed. The stump grinder left a bit of a mess, but I filled the hole back in myself. It seemed to me that this could have been done quicker but they did do a great job. If the project were done in 2 weeks I would have given 5 stars. If you want a crew that cares about doing quality work, I recommend North Georgia Lawn.
