He said he would pull up the old sidewalk/steps on 9/9/2021 and replace on 9/10/2021. I made him aware that I didn't want the shape of the sidewalk changed. He did the whole thing on 9/9/2021, changed the shape of the sidewalk and charged me an additional $500 for extra cement. The surface of the section closest to the parking pad was not finished. When he came back out several days later he said it looked that way because the cement had not dried. I know that was a lie because that section got the most sun and the shady areas were dry. Small chunks of concrete were all over the yard. He had to have seen this before he left on the 9th. He blamed it on the cement truck company and did shovel up most of it. He also dug a small trench from the sidewalk to my neighbor's (who sits lower) so that excess rain water would pour into my neighbors yard. I was horrified and filled the trench up with dirt after Antenor left. I would hesitate to use Concrete R Us again and would not refer him to any friend or neighbor.

This is my 2nd big home project with Antenor and I can wholeheartedly recommend Antenor and his team for first class workmanship, reasonable prices, and a desire for the customer to be fully satisfied with the work product. Most recently we had a great experience again working with Concrete R US. They were professional and did a wonderful job on our new driveway. When describing our experience with Antenor and Concrete R Us we can summarize in "One Word, "fantastic." Great experience from start to finish. Antenor was always prompt to reply to any question and communicates both on phone, email, and text. Antenor came out to our home, discussed what we wanted for the project end result, contributed great suggestions we had not thought about, and had an estimate on my desk within 24 hours. Antenor provided a start date, made sure it worked for us and followed through on that day. We would hire Concrete R Us again. All their workers are polite and professional. The Business relationship with Concrete R Us, from the first call to the completion of the job, was seamless. Antenor returned calls, arrived when they said they would, knocked out the total removal of our large driveway and poured the complete job the next day. I got quotes for three competitors and their price was extremely reasonable. We worked with Antenor exclusively as the Project Manager, and he was very knowledgeable and great at getting back to us with any questions we had throughout the process (whether before the project, during, or after). We had some unique requests as well, and they were able to fulfill those without a problem Antenor enthusiasm and responsiveness was much more impressive than the others. He did everything that he said he would. Their price estimates are based on doing the job right...and not cutting corners. You can tell they value quality over short term gains. Overall, Concrete R Us employees were professional, easy to talk to, and definitely the one of the most trustworthy and reputable companies we found after searching through the options out there. We'd definitely recommend them, as we're already loving how our new driveway looks, as well as the large hot tub patio area they completed last year. Most importantly they were great to work with! I would encourage you to contact Concrete R Us if you have any type of concrete job needs. Excellent work! They want you the customer to be pleased with the output. We are very pleased and happy with the concrete work that Antenor and his well-trained crew did on our driveway and back patio. Antenor and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We highly recommend Concrete R Us for their quality work and competitive pricing. You will not be disappointed.

I had other estimates but Ryan provided a fair estimate and it was similar to another I had. I enjoyed his enthusiasm about concrete and I felt like I was learning something at the same time. And the crew, they were respectful, kind, easy to talk to and could answer questions as well. I was most surprised to see how hard they all worked. The digging never ended and they never showed signs of complaining. These guys were the hardest working people I had ever seen. On top of this, they did a beautiful job and most of all, pitched and leveled the concrete so all the water ran away from the house. They went over and beyond when they waterproofed the 2 sides of the foundation walls and added french drains and downspout drains to take the water from the roof rain gutters and out to the back yard. This was extra in cost and I was more than happy to pay them more. The job was well done and the water no longer enters the lower floor. I am happy to receive calls and give an exceptional referral for Ryan's work and work ethic. People and companies that provide this superior service deserve great success and I am happy to fuel that for them any way I can.
