Yesterday they worked for 8 hours on my property up high in the trees to thin them out and get more sunlight in my yard. They are a local family run business that makes sure everything looks great. Today they came back from yesterdays work and removed a branch for no charge (a branch that's called a widow maker) cause if it fell it could kill someone. These guys go out of their way to make sure it's done correctly. Last year they were able to trim up 7 trees on my property to make sure my home insurance was happy. Highly highly recommend this company. I will be using them again

Despite their heavy schedule, Brad, rearranged his schedule in order for us to meet a deadline to our insurance company. We highly recommend Hobbs Tree Service. We look forward to using them again if the need arises. The Becks

I have a fence at the backyard and they are so very careful that the branches are not gonna fall off at the fence. I was satisfied with their service. The value is much lower compare to The other quotes that I received. So I kept their business card and surely did I pull it out again. Today, they removed few branches off the tree at my front yard and as always they did a phenomenal job. From cutting the branches that I wanted to remove and they cleaned up after the job is done. I don't need to do a follow up sweep, it's like nothing happened, no mess.

Having just purchased a vacant lot in the city of Edgewood, we wanted to get a head start on…read morepreparing the land for new home design. Although the vacant lot was mostly clear, we had several sizeable decaying laurel oaks, camphors, and tall queen palms to remove still. One of the large laurel oaks had fallen against a beautiful live oak that was *not* to be harmed. Also, the two trees were near power lines as well, making for a tricky removal. I contacted several tree services that had arborists on staff since our city requires a tree removal permit requiring an arbor report. Most of the arborists I met we friendly, but only one was *clearly* outstanding and won our business immediately (we didn't even get all the quotes yet). Sometimes you just have a "gut" feeling that this is the company you want to go with, and Steve Ogden from Central Florida Arborcare was our man. Steve is an incredibly friendly and knowledgable arborist that emanates the feeling of trust. I had read many great reviews about CFA, and they have been around a long time. Now on to the job! Removing trees (properly that is) takes a bit of pre-work as well. Many cities go to great lengths to protect the landscape in their boundaries and rightfully so. CFA made it easy to obtain the proper permits and approval from our city, and this is the advantage of choosing a service that has a full-time arborist aboard as permitting required an arbor report. A week later, the crew arrived fully prepared with all the different trucks and equipment to handle the job correctly. The team was amiable and quickly established the feeling that they were there to do the job requested and process any requests. I made sure not to micro-manager (please, don't do that), and in return, I felt like I was part of the crew. It was a big job, but they handled it perfectly! I'm sure a couple more trees will need to trimmed or removed on once the house plans are complete, and I *WILL* be using them! Lastly, I want to thank ALL the people I got to work with at CFA, including Steve, Sheila, Cassidy, John, Lee, and the rest of the crew that were so busy that I didn't get their names (sorry). Please make sure to call CFA for an estimate. You won't be disappointed!

I can't say enough about Central Florida Arbor Care!…read more This weekend a 50 ft oak fell in our yard, on Monday morning we called and the owner, Steve, came out to do an estimate within an hour of us calling He gave us an INCREDIBLE quote (over $1k cheaper than other estimates) and the following day sent a crew to do the work! We had them remove 3 dead, but still standing trees, the fallen tree and an additional dead limb that was looming over our home. They chipped all the brush, cut the trees for fire wood, raked the entire yard, used a blower to clean the driveway and really left our property in beautiful shape!! They're a Christian owned company and carry $5million in liability and workman's compensation so no risk to the homeowner. I also love that they didn't try to up sell us any unnecessary services, but instead listened to our concerns and addressed our needs. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
