We were throwing my daughter an outdoor summer party and figured we would get water bottles with each kids' name on them so we didn't have to keep track of all of the different water cups. I couldn't believe my luck in coming across Janette's company, just 4 minutes from my home! She welcomed us in and showed us many options for the water bottles. We chose these little bear bottles, complete with a strap for carrying. We chose a font and colors of bottles there on the spot and she printed each name on a bottle in the cutest style. Overall, it was a super unique, fun, and useful party favor at a great price. Finished so quickly and she was a dream to work with. I will be back for any future printing needs! read more

Let me tell you how wonderful TreceCielos is! I had a last moment idea to make a custom mug for my wonderful wife for her first mother's day and had looked around the typical vendors. The problem was production time took like a week which was unacceptable. Decided to check yelp and low and behold i stumbled upon TreceCielos. I saw the wonderful designs Jeannette had and they were awesome. Particularly liked the emoji stuff she did. With much excitement I reached out to Jeannette, book marked the yelp page and followed on IG. Told her my idea and request asked if it was doable within a couple of days from my deadline and she said absolutely. She request that i provide a design and she will make suggestions if needed and i also asked her to feel free to tweak if needed since i am a total noob to this, LoL. I ended up going through google and Pinterest to get design ideas and came up with photos in lettering "MOM" it was brilliant. I asked the wife what were her three favorite photo of our baby girl obviously not giving her any context to my request and went to work. After completing the designs i showed them to Jeannette to get her opinion on a layout I was uncertain of and she gave me her personal and professional opinion which helped tremendously in making a creative decision. I was enjoying the process so much i decided to make the entire family a mug and ended up ordering 8 mugs (had to make one for myself too, lol) Jeannette is amazing and kept me in the loop of the entire process and let me tell you she is a wonderful hard working momma. The work speaks for itself and my wife loved the mug! So did the entire family! The pictures came out vibrant and professional. She also gave me different color option which put it over the top and that much nicer! And the packaging was top notch the mugs were placed in a beautiful draw string pouch, along with these beautiful colored straws. I can't rave enough about these. So if you are looking for some custom mugs and want some cool unique mugs, tumblers, camping mugs then look no further as TreceCielos has them all. I love supporting local businesses especially when the work they do is top notch. Jeannette creative eye can be seen in her work and how she curates her products. I will definitely be back to order some of her designed mugs. Highly recommend everyone check her shop out. read more

It's not easy to find quality products at a reasonable price these days, especially if you're looking for a custom-made small batch production. Jannette made it easy for us to really wow our group with custom (and hilarious) mugs at an excellent price. It also helps that we were able to pick up the finished product from her studio, saving us a nice amount of money on shipping costs. The finished product isn't coming from overseas somewhere or being mass-produced in a factory; these are handmade quality pieces being crafted in Southern California by a really great small-business owner. She doesn't make the mugs, she makes the mugs awesome. We're truly grateful for your help, and we look forward to the next occasion that calls for a fun custom mug! Cheers! read more

I can't say enough about Jannette. She is truly amazing and very helpful in helping you decide what you want. The quality of work she produces is exceptional. I needed a mug made for one of my good friends but everywhere I called had a turnaround time of two weeks. Jannette texted me that she was able to get it done in 1 day. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and made the experience unforgettable. My friend loved her mug and really made this Christmas very special. read more

I am so happy I found TreceCielos on yelp! I designed a couple mugs for friends and when I reached out to Jannette she got back to me right away and printed the mugs within 24 hours! She sent me a picture of my design how it would look on the mugs since I'm a total novice. The mugs were such high quality and the printing was impeccable. I can't wait to come up with more printing ideas so I can use TreceCielos again. Could t be a more pleasant nd professional experience. Oh and... I almost forgot to gush about the packaging. So cute and well designed. She threw in little cactus magnets and stickers. So cute. I was very tempted to keep them for myself instead of including them in the gift! So yeah, Jannette is awesome. read more

Absolutely incredible. I had an idea for a custom mug to give to my coworker for the holidays and reached out to Jannette to see if it was something she could do. She responded fairly quickly that she was able to do the job and was clear about pricing! YESSSS. Communication through text and email was excellent -- I never felt "out of the loop", and the killer part was that she was able to turnaround the order in, like, A DAY. What! I drove out to South Pas to pick up the mug and it was so beautifully wrapped with little extras that I never even expected. THANK YOU! Jannette was such a pleasure to work with, and I plan on supporting her awesome local business again in the future. read more

If I could give more stars, I would. I was in a pickle. I have a group of 12 friends and my Christmas gift was going to be mugs with our faces on it and a star, just like the mugs Kelly gave out for her America's Got Talent party from The Office. I had contacted someone through Etsy and they said they couldn't get it printed, much less shipped, until Dec 28th so I cancelled that order but they gave me the proofs they were working on. By now, it's getting closer to Christmas and I decided to look local and in comes the savior. I reached out to Janette and told her my story, and not only was her prices incredibly fair, the mugs were bigger than others, but she also helped me change the pictures and do my friends justice because the proofs I were given needed a lot of help. She also got them to me in a week and was so nice. If I could order a mug a day from her I would. Look no further because she is the only person you should wanna work with for your printing needs. read more

I can not even begin to express my gratitude for Jannette and her FANTASTIC work! I thought of an idea for Christmas/Hanukkah presents where I'd photoshop all of my friends into Animoji lookalikes and get them printed on mugs. Not only did Jannette keep me updated every single step of the way but she was so efficient in catering to every single question or concern I had. I am beyond happy with how these mugs came out, they are literally PERFECT! And she was even kind enough to package them so nicely in individual boxes for me tied up with some pretty ribbon and even attached a candy cane to every single box. OMG I'm literally in love with these mugs haha! I can't stop staring at them the quality is amazing and the pictures came out adorable! If you're thinking of ordering anything from Jannette at all here's your sign to JUST DO IT! You will not regret it! She is such a pleasant person and so helpful, order stuff from her!! read more

Wow! What a lovely experience. I needed two custom mugs to give as gifts and did not know I was going to need them until just a few days before. Jannette was absolutely willing to work with me on getting the mugs in a rush and even spotted a mistake in the artwork I sent her so that I could fix it before she printed them. She was friendly and kind and extremely easy to work with. (She even included a cool gift with my order!) I would order from her again in a heartbeat. read more

This review is way overdue. I actually do not use Yelp and did not have an account. But, Jannette is just amazing and I had to write a review for her. This is my first review on Yelp! She is very reachable and patient with all your questions. She is also really really creative. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. I recently needed some custom emoji cups for my parents. She went above and beyond to create what I was envisioning and also deliver it on time. You won't regret working with her - whether it's a small or big project. Gracias Jannette! read more

There's no way I can convey with words how amazing and incredible Jannette is. If you are thinking about using her services, don't think, just do it. My story goes like this: Two days before Christmas, I get THE PERFECT idea for the 'hard to shop for' person I procrastinated on. Problem is, there is no way I can get anything custom designed, custom made, and shipped to me by Christmas. No shop on Etsy will even touch this. I go out on a limb and message Jannette expecting nothing. Surprisingly, she responds within the hour (on a Sunday!) and begins to work with me immediately to create my custom mug/gift. I sent her an idea of what I wanted and asked for it to be similar. (Fyi, I get the feeling that Jannette is challenged and motivated by special requests because what she produced for me was a million times better than the unspectacular idea I initially proposed to her; she gave me WAY better than what I asked for.) It was done the same day and ready for pick up. And as if she hadn't done enough already by saving me, she wrapped it beautifully too. This is the definition of: above and beyond. Oh, and the gift recipient LOVED it. read more

A miracle worker I ordered a custom mug on a Friday evening and needed it by Sunday. My boss was having a going away party on Monday and I was responsible for the personalized mug - guess who procrastinated, yep me. Trece.Cielos not only helped me with my mug problem, what she made was beyond cute and better than anything I could have possibly designed on Shutterfly. She is a true artist and a great local business that I am happy to support. read more

Jannette is sooo great! Like, can't emphasize enough how great. A few years ago, my friend got us matching Trece Cielos mugs. Unfortunately, she tripped on the stairs one day and shattered hers. I went online to see if her mug design was still in stock, but the run had ended. Hoping against hope, I emailed Jannette to ask if she would be open to reprinting it. She not only agreed to do it, she wanted to replace the mug for free! When I insisted on paying, she instead gifted us with two mini mugs!! Truly such a generous, kind human being. Every interaction with her brightened my spirits and reminded me to spread kindness in the world. I really cannot recommend her shop enough! read more

Highly recommend!! Found Jannette on yelp, and contacted her. Had found a previous person to help me customize mugs for christmas gifts, but she bailed out on me last min ( 1 week before Christmas). Jannette was very patient and honest about when the products would be done. When I arrived and wanted about 13 mugs customized, she was patient and sat with me to design each mug. She has some great idea and put my idea in my head to amazing designs together! With Jannette's high tech, I can put just about anything on the mugs! There were no limits. And the price was very reasonable. Im happy the mugs came out beautiful and found Jannette. All of my friends and family loved the personalized mugs (: read more
