Let me tell you how wonderful TreceCielos is! I had a last moment idea to make a custom mug for my wonderful wife for her first mother's day and had looked around the typical vendors. The problem was production time took like a week which was unacceptable. Decided to check yelp and low and behold i stumbled upon TreceCielos. I saw the wonderful designs Jeannette had and they were awesome. Particularly liked the emoji stuff she did. With much excitement I reached out to Jeannette, book marked the yelp page and followed on IG. Told her my idea and request asked if it was doable within a couple of days from my deadline and she said absolutely. She request that i provide a design and she will make suggestions if needed and i also asked her to feel free to tweak if needed since i am a total noob to this, LoL. I ended up going through google and Pinterest to get design ideas and came up with photos in lettering "MOM" it was brilliant. I asked the wife what were her three favorite photo of our baby girl obviously not giving her any context to my request and went to work. After completing the designs i showed them to Jeannette to get her opinion on a layout I was uncertain of and she gave me her personal and professional opinion which helped tremendously in making a creative decision. I was enjoying the process so much i decided to make the entire family a mug and ended up ordering 8 mugs (had to make one for myself too, lol) Jeannette is amazing and kept me in the loop of the entire process and let me tell you she is a wonderful hard working momma. The work speaks for itself and my wife loved the mug! So did the entire family! The pictures came out vibrant and professional. She also gave me different color option which put it over the top and that much nicer! And the packaging was top notch the mugs were placed in a beautiful draw string pouch, along with these beautiful colored straws. I can't rave enough about these. So if you are looking for some custom mugs and want some cool unique mugs, tumblers, camping mugs then look no further as TreceCielos has them all. I love supporting local businesses especially when the work they do is top notch. Jeannette creative eye can be seen in her work and how she curates her products. We were throwing my daughter an outdoor summer party and figured we would get water bottles with each kids' name on them so we didn't have to keep track of all of the different water cups. I couldn't believe my luck in coming across Janette's company, just 4 minutes from my home! She welcomed us in and showed us many options for the water bottles. We chose these little bear bottles, complete with a strap for carrying. We chose a font and colors of bottles there on the spot and she printed each name on a bottle in the cutest style. If I could give more stars, I would. I was in a pickle. I have a group of 12 friends and my Christmas gift was going to be mugs with our faces on it and a star, just like the mugs Kelly gave out for her America's Got Talent party from The Office. I had contacted someone through Etsy and they said they couldn't get it printed, much less shipped, until Dec 28th so I cancelled that order but they gave me the proofs they were working on. There's no way I can convey with words how amazing and incredible Jannette is. If you are thinking about using her services, don't think, just do it. My story goes like this: Two days before Christmas, I get THE PERFECT idea for the 'hard to shop for' person I procrastinated on. Problem is, there is no way I can get anything custom designed, custom made, and shipped to me by Christmas. No shop on Etsy will even touch this. I can not even begin to express my gratitude for Jannette and her FANTASTIC work! I thought of an idea for Christmas/Hanukkah presents where I'd photoshop all of my friends into Animoji lookalikes and get them printed on mugs.
