Im going to speak on our personal experiences working with Andrea. Red flag should've been on our first meeting with her. She was very informative and extremely nice ....with that being said shes extremely gossipy about other clients . Wedding date was set for March 2020 and we've made payments every month until recently sometimes even given more a month. Fiance called her telling her that we needed to move the date. Unfortunately due to circumstances that were beyond our control it had to be moved. She had no problem with it we even told her that we wanted to look at venues in California since we now had more time . She said she would get back with the proposals the following week. I reached out to her in hopes to lower our monthly payments Only temporarily since i had given more money in the past. No response ...2 weeks later we get an invoice for the full amount. I reached out via text asking her to please call us. I received a text no phone call (very professional) . I would assume paying close to 700 a month a phone call can be made. Fiance calls her an explains current situation to what he receives a nasty response ....giving attitude and blowing him off ...her response "i see what i can do" ! Mind you our wedding is still 17 months out now and we are ahead of schedule on payments. Working in customer service your client comes first! We waited friday for her to see what we can agree upon ....friday past... Saturday past.... Sunday past ....Monday Past .... Tuesday midday i received another Automatic reminder stating if i dont pay by today the money given will be forfeited and contract cancelled.. funny how she has yet reached out ...fiance emailed again asking her why she hadnt reached out and that we just wanted our money back. Emails were sent back and forth with her continuing to be ugly (for no reason). Long story short we are taking her to court ! I have the time and i truly believe evil greedy people like that will eventually get their time. Also please know the only thing she did was book appointment 2 separate times for venue viewings and reaching out to get a contract and that was it ! And she wants to keep over 6,000 not even getting back to us on the venues we requested info. On...noone should ever go through what I'm currently going through. The added stresses she has caused me is unreal. The lack of communication ... the lack of sympathy ....truly unprofessional. Brides please be careful !!!

It was definitely a provision and huge blessing to get to hire Jennifer as my planner. My (now) husband and I knew we wanted a short engagement and we ended up picking a date about 4 months after our engagement! So we planned on a ceremony and afternoon snack reception at the church we attend. We had about 160 people show up (including some little ones) and Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job. (1.) She kept us updated through email and texts and face to face meetings regularly (i.e. weekly to bi-weekly) about what was going on and what needed to be done by whom and when (2.) She started out by asking what our expectations were and what we envisioned / what was important to us. From there, she helped us figure out what we could do and what we could not do based off of our budget. At our first meeting, she had already researched a few places and florists based off of our budget! (3.) She took care of all of the details - the church we were married at required us to work with their wedding coordinator so I let Jennifer handle all the logistics of working with the church coordinator for our wedding. I didn't have to deal with refrigeration, working with the sound guy for the reception, etc etc (4.) She did a few extra things like have a beautiful basket ready for us for our wedding night. She made sure to not put anything that we wouldn't normally use (for example, my husband and I are not big wine drinkers). So it felt like a thoughtful gift/touch and not just something thrown together. (5.) She knew that my husband and I wanted to save as much as possible so she was on top of doing research regarding things like cutlery to buy (and where), using Instacart to deliver for free, etc. (6.) She was incredibly detailed when it came to what needed to be done and when. For example, for the grand exit, she was detailed enough to know to place certain people where for pictures and who should hold what (also for pictures). (7.) During the Rehearsal Dinner and Ceremony and Reception she was always busy taking care of everything (i.e. the food was replenished, drinks were refilled, etc) so that way things went off without a hitch and unnoticed (8.) She created a Kids Corner for the reception! It was such a wonderful idea and one of my friends who has two little ones (the oldest in elementary school) said that she had such a hard time pulling her youngest girl away from the Kids Corner! I didn't even think about anything like this and thought it was such a genius idea. :) (9.) Overall, given how busy I am and how much I dislike planning, I felt incredibly NOT stressed having Jennifer as my planner. I basically just did whatever she asked us to do (and it pretty much was just having to make decisions ) and didn't even worry throughout the whole planning process. The ONLY time I worried was when I thought my dress wasn't going to make it on time but that was through a completely different vendor - Jennifer was amazing though and offered to help should I have needed it (i.e. by finding a wrap to go over the back up dress, etc). Thankfully, there was no need for that! For any bride to be's out there who are looking for a planner who they can trust and who takes her job incredibly seriously and REALLY knows the details, I highly, highly, highly recommend Jennifer. She did such a fantastic job! She has been doing this for 10 years and it really shows. :)

I got married in late February 2015 and met up Lisa around December 2014 to get a quote on her services and floral for my wedding. Since I was on a budget, I was meeting with many florists and comparing them. Lisa was so fantastic to work with. You give her basic information so she has an idea or can see if she's available. Then she meets with you one on one to which I really enjoyed meeting with her. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and totally worked with my budget. After my initial meeting with her, I immediately connected with her. It's important for the bride to like their florist and connect with them. Lisa didn't even make me feel pressured to go with her and was so sweet and understanding. I ended up selecting her to provide my bouquet, bridemaid bouquets, boutonnieres for mothers, centerpiece roses and rose petals for the aisle. If she isn't working on the weekends due to weddings, she is very responsive but you do have to follow up if an answer is needed. I really trusted her to provide input with some of my designs and she totally got my vision. To save costs we were able to pick up everything on the day of especially since it didn't require much set up. I highly recommend working with lisa. Her portfolio is beautiful if you're looking for more arrangements than what I got. Overall I was extremely happy with what she delivered. My bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and all the flowers provided matched my theme and color palette. Lisa is a joy to work with!
