It's easy to think friends and family can help manage a wedding, but that always means SOMEONE is left to work versus enjoy a loved one's day. But not only did Jennifer lift that burden for us and our family, but we know she made the EXPERIENCE so much more enjoyable than it could have ever been without her kindness, wisdom, and love towards us. Thank you SO much Jennifer. This day, that means so much, wouldn't have been the same without you.

They also built a custom 360 bar for my sister's wedding so I was excited have them as a vendor for my wedding! I was able to view the decor in person beforehand, and Thea's experience and creative input made such a difference throughout the planning process. Prestige Events is always adding to their inventory too! The day I looked at the decor, they had just gotten some red lanterns in that we had to include in our wedding! I had a fairly large wedding with nearly 400 guests, and Thea worked closely with me to completely redesign the layout for the decor and tables to fit the venue beautifully. I also had a last-minute request for additional florals, and Chi Lien made it happen seamlessly. The florals turned out stunning, honestly even more beautiful than the inspiration photos we provided! She also gave me a spray bottle to ensure the florals were fresh and hydrated for the wedding day! Our reception was held at Kim Son, and Prestige Events completely transformed the ballroom. From the hallway to the ballroom, every detail was jaw-dropping. We received countless compliments on the decor, but I truly think the photos speak for themselves. Also, the stunning serpentine tables were a MUST. Thank you to Chi Lien, Thea, and the entire team for making our wedding so incredibly beautiful and memorable! I'm not sure if you all realized it, but I think we may have started a trend for red & black weddings with lanterns!

Our…read morewedding was an absolute dream, and so much of that magic is thanks to their incredible talent, vision, and care. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted a classic white and green floral palette paired with soft, romantic draping throughout the venue. Prestige took that vision and transformed it into something far beyond anything we could have imagined. They went above and beyond, sourcing custom compote holders and even fabricating rattan candle holders to perfectly complement the aesthetic we were going for. Every detail was so intentional, so thoughtful, and so beautifully executed. In addition to the breathtaking florals and draping, we also rented our cake table, plate chargers, and tall cocktail hour outdoor furniture through them, which tied everything together so elegantly. Every item felt curated and cohesive, adding an extra layer of refinement and charm to the overall design. From the stunning bouquet to the showstopping table arrangements and the ethereal ceremony setup, every element was sheer perfection. Walking into the space and seeing it all come to life nearly brought us to tears. It was that breathtaking. They listened so carefully to our ideas, offered creative suggestions we never would have thought of, and collaborated seamlessly with our planner and venue. Their professionalism, artistry, and genuine passion for what they do made the entire process a joy. If you're looking for a florist who will truly understand your vision, elevate it, and bring it to life with grace and excellence, Prestige is the one. We're endlessly grateful to have had them as part of our wedding dream team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My wedding was going according to the plan until the actual day. It took me almost a year to write…read morethis review, because it still breaks my heart to think about my wedding. We were provided 3 planners to help us with the coordination, but they did not do a good job. According to my family and guests, they didn't know where to put the gifts/envelopes during the reception. Also, when the guests left, some of them did not get their wedding favors, which was heartbreaking because I put a lot of thought into them. Overall, the guests were not coordinated properly, and were not directed clearly. There was a very unfortunate incident that happened: halfway through our reception, a power outage occurred. The venue had absolutely no back up for the power outage. With no electricity or AC, the wedding reception was ended earlier than anticipated time. The total reception was supposed to be 4 hours, but the power outage occurred 2 hours in. The venue made sure to point us to the contact, which stated that the venue was not responsible for a power outage. It is disappointing that they did not have any fan or any type of back up plan for a power outage. The wedding was in July and it was HOT. They ended up compensating about 10% of the total amount we paid (1 hour worth of event). Our guests were gracious enough to stay about an hour after the power outage occurred, but the venue counted that. This wasn't fair because one of the main reasons everyone stayed is that the venue led us to believe that the power might come back. It wasn't until we got confirmation from a police officer that the power was not coming back, that we seriously considered ending the event early. Aside from the compensation, I was disappointed and devastated in regards to the owners attitude and response to the incident. Yes, I got a small amount of money back, but I couldn't even utilize the photo booth, DJ, and music because of the loss of electricity. Thankfully, I hired the DJ to prepare a full backdrop of light, otherwise we would have sat in complete darkness. It was a good thing that I did not rely 100% on the wedding for lighting. I do want to say one good thing about Sara, my coordinator. I really appreciated Sara for all of her work. She was very flexible and tried to meet all of my needs. She was always available and remembered things that I needed and mentioned. If it wasn't for Sara, this venue would deserve 1 star. Due to Sara's hard work, I will give 2 stars. If it wasn't for incident and the venue's terrible service, this place would have been a decent place for a wedding.

I simply sent her pictures of the flowers I wanted and my budget, and she sent me an estimated invoice the same day. Stephen and his wife did our wedding in May of 2021. Emailing them can make up for 10 companies'…read moreworth of slow emails. In their defense, this was during covid, we postponed, and so we had a lot of time to plan. But it took 3 weeks to get an email back on several occasions. We didn't even have a signed contract til less than a month out. This is worrisome because it leaves them the possibility of price gauging. That wasn't how it turned out, however. We liked their studio, even though its so far away. They have everything on display and they move around different floral props to show what different centerpieces would look like. And they do a variety of things in addition to flowers like furniture, backdrops, and tablecloths. These are the things that turned out wrong/bad even though we had months of discussing. I double checked on these issues in our pictures and in the contract, and/or clearly recollect discussing it. The groom's boutonniere was not any different from the groom's men's boutonnieres. We had leis for both of us, bride/groom. The flowers in the leis were dying. It looked gross and we had to wear it. ($225 for both) The large centerpieces were not that large and full as we asked for. ($250 each) We asked for a lot of flower girl's petals. We didn't get that. There were no flowers on sweetheart table and there were big candles. We specifically asked for votives instead along with some flowers because Stephen kept pushing the idea of big candles. The first line of our contract says bride does not like lime green. But they put lime green in the bridal bouquet and in the large centerpieces! (Our planner thankfully broke off the, not to mention ugly shaped, lime green vines out of the bouquet when she saw the look on my face. I didn't have to say a word.) The bouquets all had straggly/wrinkled ribbons hanging from them. Way to ruin a bouquet! They had floating candles instead of pillar candles as stated in the contract for some of the centerpieces . The arch, was not decorated as we asked which we spoke about on several occasions. I would say overall the price was right, but the quality of their work is lacking (which does not reflect in the price). If you're choosing to use them, make sure what you want is written in the contract. You have a better chance of getting it if it is. I would also suggest to get your planner to send you pictures of the decor as they're setting up, including the centerpieces so that they can make adjustments as needed. I didn't realize til after that our stage was sad. I would expect a decorator to try to make a nice stage if they're working on it at all.
