I came in to return a completely defective item that they sold me. Instead of acting like professionals, listening to the issue, or offering a refund, the staff became extremely rude and highly argumentative. It escalated to the point where they actually threatened to call the police just because I wanted to return a broken product! They completely refused to issue a refund or exchange, offering zero explanation or basic courtesy. It is absolutely mind-boggling how a business like this stays open. They are selling cheap, low-quality junk at premium prices, and the moment something goes wrong, they treat their customers like criminals. Save your hard-earned money and protect your peace of mind. Do not waste a single dime or a second of your time here. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Update: the response review that owner stated is totally lies and not even close to reality. You said if it is used we can't return and I explained I didn't install because the item is not safe to use and that is why I didn't install. There is no such a notes in your store saying that you can not return the item . There is note if it is used or not in original box. Which is opposite. The item is in original box and never been used. Also, considering you, I am very educated and polite person. It was my first visit to Lafayette and we had just eaten there right before the store so it was an awesomely coincidental souvenir. The lady working the checkout counter (I think she was the owner) was super friendly. The roads all around them are under construction so it took us a few tries to get in to the parking lot. She was staging a tableau of items to sell on Facebook live, I thought that was a pretty cool way to combat the reduced sales. They are on Instagram also.
