I operate an ecommerce website. When we got busier we were running out of room for our merchandise, we started looking at self storage. Treasure Island was the last place we looked. I don't think we could have found any better. They are very professional and accommodating. I now rent at 3 of their locations Brooklyn, Jamaica, and Paterson. I live in the city and found TI. Storage online I rented ten 10x20x8 spaces back in 2010. I found them to be very affordable and have great discounts, there staffed are so nice and Manger is even nicer. I feel my items are safe and secure at their location and they manage to have my spaces all on one floor and together which make it so convenient for me. Friendly people who care about you as a person and not just as a number. The rules are stated on the desk in the office so that you know what you can and cannot do. Since the rules are stated they leave it up to you to follow the rules. They are there when you need them. Decent hours give me flexibility to come and go as I choose. I moved from a big apartment to a smaller one and all my stuff didn't fit as well as I wanted to but I didn't want to throw away my stuff. I looked for a nearby affordable storage and came across TI Storage. I must say from the initial phone call that I made,to get some info down to actually storing my belongings I had an awesome experience. Ti Storage in Paterson is a great place to put your storage in. I really like the fact that the staff are very friendly and bilingual. I also like that they are very organized and that they have things labeled around the building. However, i do think their should be more staff members supervising the building just in case someone may need some assistance. read more

Iv been coming to treasure island storage on and off for almost 5 years the building is clean I have never had any major issues besides with the elevator being down and out for the hurricane the staff and manager are very friendly and helpful I will not go any where else for my storage needs so long as I live near the area read more
