I emailed my questions and they responded quickly with a price to replace the pin and no charge to reattach the back. Who does that anymore!?? I arrived and the nice gentleman told me it would take just a few minutes. When I returned he handed both watches back, no charge. The pin just needed straightening, not replacing. I will definitely use Fixology again. Not because it was free, which is an amazing thing, but because even before that, he was fast to respond and friendly and courteous in person.
