I have received Botox many occasions before (Including juvederm) and have always had results. I normally get 50 units.. I don't see much improvement (if any) with my treatment here. It was a lot of money for this outcome. I contacted the spa about a touchup. They said since it was my first visit, they were more conservative with the amount of units used and that they would give me three units per area, complementary if I came back in. I don't see how it was conservative when it was more units than I've ever received. I drove 40 minutes to visit here and don't think an extra 3 units will do much considering my results. However, when I was brought back for my massage, the therapist didn't seem very engaged. She didn't smile or give any direction, and it honestly felt like she didn't want to be there. I stood there awkwardly in the room not knowing what to do until I figured it out myself. During the massage, she even yawned a few times. That said, she did a good job with the actual massage--I did feel physical relief afterward. One thing that really disappointed me was the timing. I paid for a 60-minute massage, but by the time I was brought back and everything got started, it felt more like a 30-minute session. That didn't feel right, especially given the cost. Booking the appointment was another challenge. I had a gift card, which you can't use to book online. I tried calling the Port Saint Lucie location on US1 multiple times--left voicemails, but no one ever got back to me, and it's been over a month. I finally got through to this location and was able to schedule. It wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't the best. A little more attention to customer service--especially from the massage staff--and better scheduling systems for gift card holders would go a long way. Not sure yet if I'll return, but I hope things improve for future guests.
