The technician was polite and professional. However, after briefly inspecting my appliance (by…read morelistening to it), he quoted a repair cost equal to about three-quarters of a new unit. I chose to replace it instead and declined his repair. He then charged me $168 for the visit, which was ridiculous given that he was there for less than 20 mins and didn't really diagnose the machine. He just used his spidey senses! If you post a negative review on Google, a manager will call the next day and reimburse you $100, which I think is fair. I'm fine with paying a guy $68 to tell me what's wrong with my machine. It beats watching 20 YouTube videos.

This was a very frustrating experience. Scheduling process was easy, however when we asked about…read moregeneral pricing the scheduler advised us to wait until the tech came. When he came, my husband told him what he THOUGHT the problem was. He never took out the unit or inspect it and proceeded to just quote us $360 for a sensor and drain line. When my husband asked how he knew he said that's what the problem was. When my husband asked how much for just a water hose he said $300. He was here maybe 20 minutes just talking with him. If he never opened the unit and we could have just talked on the phone, why couldn't pricing have been discussed over the phone? We will not pay $300 for a water hose when a new dishwasher costs $450. When my husband called and shared that they didn't check it she said "they're experts" and then he asked to speak to a manager to which she responded "they're not available you have to email them." Not consumer friendly in today's market. We paid $160 for a 20 minute visit and an overcharged quote. Save your money and get a quote from a local business.
