They have a TON of fitness programs and brand new cardio equipment, which is great. It's not the fanciest workout gym, but what else do you expect- its the YMCA... The one bit of feedback I would give is to sync up their open pool times (the small warmer pool that kids are going to want to swim in more) with the childcare times. So if open swim is only from 2-3:15, then child care should start at 3:15 or end at 2, so mom and dad could do a work out before or after taking their kids to the pool. I would also love to see a lot more open pool time in the small pool (the warmer pool). It is only open 2-3:15 during the week and most young kids nap from 12-3 during the day (probably the reason they have this time is all the other times are taken up by lessons). My interaction with Laura was hostile and dismissive and appeared discriminatory. Call it what it looks like. Hatred doesn't elevate anyone; it exposes them. While this location seems stuck in petty, ugly behavior, the rest of us move forward choosing dignity and decency. I was contacted regarding an alleged outstanding balance, even though my bank records clearly show successful withdrawals for both my membership and my daughter's swim lessons. When I disputed this and provided documentation, both services were immediately canceled and a refund was refused. The issue was escalated to the Regional Business Manager, who acknowledged receipt of the documentation but continues to request additional bank statements in order to "investigate," further delaying what should be a simple refund. At this point, the issue is not missing information but unnecessary delays. I am still waiting for refunds for canceled services and expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

And at this price, if I go three times a week, I'm still getting my money's worth. If you want glamor and glitz with a price tag to match, go to one of the "fancy" places. The person just took minimal information from me and asked for my banking information. I NEVER signed anything. This made me feel uneasy so I decided the gym was not for me and canceled my membership. They canceled my membership without issue. But then the owner took it upon himself to look me up on social media which i find to be highly inappropriate. My personal information should not be used for that purpose. Walking into the place is half the battle and I am so so SO glad I found this operation. I have been welcomed with open, non-judgmental, accepting arms. I am learning a lot about what my body is capable of. If you're the kind of person who can go to Planet Fitness and bang out a killer workout on your own, that's awesome. But I need someone to tell me what to do and watch me do it. Otherwise, it's just not happening. Sad, but true. I love the boxing class. It's my go-to class. I even bought boxing gloves and hand wraps. Who am I? It is totally cathartic to punch a heavy bag in these times of political insanity. I recommend it. The trainers are super knowledgeable and really pay attention to form, which I appreciate. They happily assist with modifications. The schedule as it is now fits my life well. I need a start time of 5pm or later and there are a lot of classes to choose from. If you're on the fence about trying out a new spot to get your sweat on, I cannot recommend a better place than this.

When I inquired about updates from any of the managers, including the Operational Manager, I received a response of "No Update" and a dismissive attitude, as if I didn't care at all!
