They have single-handedly saved us $100,000k plus in the 30 or so homes we have flipped and sold with them. This is the system the pros use. A typical realtor fee to sell your home is about $6000, sand dollars fee... $300! The way I see it realtors basically just bring buyers and sellers together, and then play telephone between the two. Make the process more simple and streamlined and leaves $6000 in the sellers pocket per deal. That's hard to beat. Rob the owner is also great for information if you have problems or questions. When our daughter bought her house, Krystal was her agent, and I was struck at how insightful and supportive Krystal was to our daughter's wants and needs. Once my husband and I decided to move here to be closer to our daughter, there was no doubt we were going to call upon Krystal. I started looking at houses last November, while the move was not for certain, and Krystal very willingly took me to some houses I showed interest in. On the day we put an offer on the house we are closing on this week, Krystal had lined up 7 houses to view... and in previous months had seen a few other houses from time to time as well. Bottom line, Krystal was ALWAYS responsive, and listened quite carefully to what we were looking for. The house we ended up getting - we were one of 14 offers submitted in a 1 1/2 day period- Krystal expertly guided us through the submission process - and we came out being the very fortunate winners! I am not saying lucky, because it was not because of luck, it because of Krystal's expert advice, and her commitment to helping us get a great house. I do also want to mention Maxine and Rita, who assisted with the closing aspect. Both of these ladies were very responsive to any questions we had, and I thank them both, as well. Sending huge thanks to the entire Bustamante Team... and most especially Krystal! We don't plan to use you again any time soon (I LOVE my new house!) but I definitely will refer friends and family !

We have dealt with our fair share of agents. Recently, we sold our house in Oviedo. Our first agent had the listing for 3 months with no results. On December 30th, I changed agents and my wife, and I contracted with Cleve Loveland. Within three days, we had a full price offer. Cleve and his team were amazing. Their attention to detail was astonishing. The Loveland Group assisted me with a plethora of different situations, from recommending a great handyman to an outstanding moving company. They helped, suggested and guided us through some bizarre circumstances, including securing a rental house two days before the closing. Their response time on any text/voicemail/email/phone call was done in minutes; not hours. In addition, Cleve has been assisting the Central Florida community on his radio shows every weekend entitled "The Loveland Report" and "The Loan Arranger" that you can hear on WDBO (580 AM / 107.3 FM) on Saturdays from 12 pm - 1 pm and Sundays 11 am - 12 pm. We are truly indebted to Cleve and the Loveland team. If you ever need to buy or sell a house, do yourself a favor and call the Loveland team at 407-352-8118

This is the 9th move my wife and I have done in 35 years across the US, Cleve and Michael are easily the WORST real estate agents we have ever worked with. They poorly represented us in negotiations for property repair cost and provided very poor service providers for inspections, title searches, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and cleaners. We walked into the house on the morning of the closing and the house was full of dirt, bugs, broken glass and dog urine soaked carpets and some of the assets that were supposed to be left with the house were not. Michael and Cleve committed to cover the cost of to rectify the missing items and cleaning but barely lifted a finger and never reimbursed us for money we paid and he committed to cover. Since then, they have not returned one phone call or email. The last two properties that I sold were done with Redefy.com. Wow!! What an unbelievably Fantastic experience I had dealing with Redefy. Since I am moving to Arizonia, I had two Kissimmee properties to sell. Both my primary residence, and an investment property. Obviously, Redefy's flat rate is what caused me to contact them. I expected a discount broker, but I was blown away with what Redefy offered. They are a full service Real Estate Company, that got results way faster than I could have imagined. When I first interviewed Mark Geier and Chad Gibson of Redefy, they made a presentation that was superior to any other Realtor that i had interviewed. They recommended that I have an independent appraisal done, to make sure that I priced my properties realistically, and not some pie in the sky number. Because of their professionalism and their suggestion, i decided to have them represent me. After my experience with other realtors over the past six years, I can say that Redefy excelled in every area of their representation of my properties. In addition to Mark and Chad, Liza Canales also became involved in all aspects of the marketing and sale of the properties. From handling the photographers, the internet advertising, the initial offer negotiating, and right through the final closings, Redefy exceeded all my expectations, and then some. My primary residence sold in 4 days, and my investment property sold in 10 days! You can't ask for anything better than that. Sincere Thanks to Mark Geier, Chad Gibson, and Liza Canales for making my Real Estate transactions a real pleasure.
