Darryl has very much become part of the family and is the only person I'd trust for real estate transactions and advice. Whether shopping for a home, or selling a home, Darryl is always available and at the ready. Darryl definitely makes you feel like you're his only client. Prior to working with Darryl, I had to deal with a couple agents that were difficult to reach or simply just difficult to schedule something with. With Darryl, I don't think I've ever asked to see a property or asked for advice and received a "I'll have to get back to you.." Our current real estate project is a rental home where my wife and I are handling the property management. Even in this newest venture, Darryl has gone above and beyond with always being available to questions or offer advice. I could probably go on even longer, but you get the point - I'd highly recommend Darryl for any of your real estate needs. Bob Orlando, FL

After seeing the bountiful positive reviews on multiple sites for Home 1st Lending, we decided to go with this mortgage broker and boy am I glad I did! Caleb and the team have done a marvelous job. They are extremely knowledgeable and super responsive. They were always on top of anything and was there for any questions that we had. We were able to not only get a competitive APR but also a very low PMI. In the beginning I was super worried about the PMI since we didn't have the affordablility for 20% down but Caleb was able to find the perfect loan that fit our needs. I stress out very easily but Home1st Lending, LLC made this process easy and stressfree for me. This is the second time purchasing a property but I wish I had known about this mortgage broker for when we first purchased a home. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, friendly, and efficient mortgage broker. - S&C

An expensive mistake to associate with this team…read more I assigned my beautiful lakefront property to this team also known as Pink Door Management, Scates Realty, team of Elaine Meyers and Claire Fryer. They were very sweet and responsive initially and tried very hard to sell me into their property management platform. Once it was signed they moved quickly and got a tenant in without consulting with me or doing proper make ready for the place. I quickly realized they had no interest in taking care of my property, instead they were interested in collecting the fee. Half way through the first lease I sent independent inspector to walk through as I was not getting the response I needed from their team. The inspection results worried me. I ended up cutting the lease short and giving a termination notice to the tenant and the property management team. Once they knew I was terminating they stopped responding to my emails or calls. When tenant moved out I -the house was left a disaster - multiple lease violations (smoking, driving on grass, oil and urine stains everywhere). Still in the process of trying to amend the situation...

The last two properties that I sold were done with Redefy.com. Wow!! What an unbelievably Fantastic experience I had dealing with Redefy. Since I am moving to Arizonia, I had two Kissimmee properties to sell. Both my primary residence, and an investment property. Obviously, Redefy's flat rate is what caused me to contact them. I expected a discount broker, but I was blown away with what Redefy offered. They are a full service Real Estate Company, that got results way faster than I could have imagined. When I first interviewed Mark Geier and Chad Gibson of Redefy, they made a presentation that was superior to any other Realtor that i had interviewed. They recommended that I have an independent appraisal done, to make sure that I priced my properties realistically, and not some pie in the sky number. Because of their professionalism and their suggestion, i decided to have them represent me. After my experience with other realtors over the past six years, I can say that Redefy excelled in every area of their representation of my properties. In addition to Mark and Chad, Liza Canales also became involved in all aspects of the marketing and sale of the properties. From handling the photographers, the internet advertising, the initial offer negotiating, and right through the final closings, Redefy exceeded all my expectations, and then some. My primary residence sold in 4 days, and my investment property sold in 10 days! You can't ask for anything better than that. Sincere Thanks to Mark Geier, Chad Gibson, and Liza Canales for making my Real Estate transactions a real pleasure.
