We were in the market for another timeshare, and I found a few we were interested in on Sell My Time Share Now and reached out.  We started working with Ryan Bishop back in September 2024 and he was excellent.  He was very helpful, and we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all.  We found the perfect unit and decided to put in an offer.  After back and forth the seller agreed and everything was set, and we paid for it in full.  Then the other owner wasn't happy with the deal and wouldn't agree to it.  Ryan worked with them, but an agreement couldn't be agreed upon.  Everything was canceled, and all the funds were returned to us very quickly with no issues.  A couple of months later the same unit was still on the site, and the price was lower than before.  I reached out to Ryan again and the deal was made and finalized.  Timeshare Closing was really quick at getting us all the paperwork and we sent the paperwork the day we got it so we could get the closing credit, but our paperwork was lost in the mail, so it was sent again a week later.  After a little back and forth and working with the closing company and SMTN with all the timing they agreed to send us the closing credit since the paperwork was lost and missed the 5-day deadline.  I learned a valuable lesson to make sure to send time sensitive stuff with tracking.  Thankfully Timeshare Closing was sympathetic to what happened.  It took a bit at the start working with the sellers but after the 2nd agreement it went really quickly, and everything was finalized in less than 6 months.  I would definitely use SMTN and Timeshare Closing again if we were ever looking for another timeshare. read more

We bought credits through Timeshare Closing Services and they were very professional and up front about having to pay for maintenance fees up front because it can take (in this case) WM/Wyndham to transfer the credits. TCS knows what documents needed to be filled out and submitted to WM. Which they did correctly & in a timely manner. Still WM messed up on their end. But, Timeshare Closing Services did not leave us to fix the mess. Ms Karen Tavares stayed with us to the end. Helping in any way to get our account straightened out. We wished to purchase a second time share unit at our favourite resort in Maui and thanks to TCS were able to do so at a price significantly lower than purchasing directly from the developer ( approximately 1/3 of the price). The process was smooth, especially considering it was being done remotely from Canada.
